Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Overall, a very good metroidvania. If you like the genre go ahead, you'll have fun. Combat is great with many weapons and magic to choose from. Exploration is amazing and rewarding! Artstyle is very good. BUT... It's really long, I mean, really really long. Especially for a metroidvania Main cons for me. 1. Navigating the map (and backtracking) can be a real pain 2. Story is confusing (if you explore everything, you will forget what's going on) 3. Healing. This is the worst for me, almost a deal breaker. Healing animation is waaaaay too long. Some bosses (mainly in the second half of the game) will destroy you in a couple of hits without giving you any chance to heal. I played Advanced difficulty (the original one).
A good metroidvania that is actually nonlinear in the world design. Solid combat and decent enough story. Great if you want a metroidvania where you can go a lot of different ways at any one time rather than there being essentially one path from upgrade to upgrade with some side branches. To have a good time, there are two things to watch out for: First, you can buy the item to fast travel to minor save points in the town as soon as you get there. The food seller has it. It's not expensive, and you can get as many as you want. So don't get too hung up on conserving them. Second, you have a map with many possible markers. Use them. The maps a big, with many directions to go. You will forget where you've been and where you could go if you don't mark them. I also recommend marking chests and obstacles you need upgrades for. That said, some actual details on the game.
Story
It's a soulslike type story. The main story thread is clear enough, the background is somewhat vague, and a lot of it comes from documents in the world or item descriptions. You won't like it if you hate that kind of story, but by it's nature it's not super intruding so you can probably get along. As far as soulslike story telling goes, it's not perfect but it's pretty solid. I do like the world building though. The setup of how the world works (water and rebirth and souls) is pretty neat, and it makes internal sense. You wouldn't play the game for the story, but if you play the game there's something to enjoy here.
Audio and Visuals
Pretty damn good. The dialogue is fully voiced, and it's well acted. The graphics are very pretty, with some gorgous backgrounds. My one complaint is the animations, which generally don't have many frames. Makes sense for the player character so she remains responsive, but it does make reading the behavior of enemies more annoying, and they don't look as pretty in motion. Still, that's complaining at a champion level I will say, the animation for opening the map (or menu) is too long. It feels like a second, though I'm sure it's much less. But it's just a consistent, niggling annoyance. It got used to it eventually, but I'm really surprised they didn't fix that, because the game is well polished otherwise.
Moment to Moment gameplay
The movement and fighting are responsive and crisp. I don't think it reaches the very best of 2d action, but it also doesn't fall far short. There's different weapon types to do play differently. There's a lot of weapons skills that you can unlock. Those can be quite powerful and useful (and they vary based on the weapon), but I do feel it's a little overcomplicated.
Enemy design
The enemies are varied enough, in looks, behavior and style. It doesn't actually do too much reusing, which is neat. The hitboxes for enemies are sometimes wonky. The also often like to linger longer than they really should. I don't think enemy design is a great strength, but it's solid enough that it won't hurt. Boss design is pretty great though. There's a variety of sizes and styles, with different attack patterns and all that. Not much reuse either (you do fight some people twice, but that makes sense, and they're not exactly the same). Having a duel with a boss can be good fun. Patterns also get progressively more complicated as the boss losses health. However, for me playing on standard difficulty, that only happened when I was exploring regions/fighting bosses I was underleveled for. Otherwise, it's too easy to just turn it into a damage race where you just need to keep hitting while dodging a little. But there is a higher difficulty, so go with that if you find them too easy and want to get your duel on.
Character Progression
You get stronger by leveling up and then assigning the resulting points in a talent tree, finding the points in the wild, eating food for the first time, and finding (and upgrading) weapons and items. It works pretty well, though you do have to assign the points. The game won't tell you to do that. The game also won't tell you to activate afterimages, you have to do that yourself (unlike the points, you have to be at a save point for that).
Map/World Design
If I had to pick one factor to highlight, it would be this one. I really like how you are very free in where you go when. Most places have mutiple ways to reach as well. The game starts with an the intro section (up to the first town and the first area afterwards). Then you are told to go over there (marked on the map). It's something like five regions worth of distance. And you don't even have to go into that direction. I think it's pretty great. A common complaint is getting lost and not knowing where to go, but I feel that has to come from ignoring advice number 2) and also not paying attention. The game is actually pretty good in how it guides you. Yes, you can go off in many directions, right after the intro section, but it will also guide you to the region with the next big traversal upgrade. There's something like 5 different ways to enter it, at least. (It will also tell you if you're underleveled for a region, though you don't have to listen). If you head down the critical path as told to you fairly clearly by the game, you'll also hit the things that open up new regions fairly quickly. If you explore everything (mark your map!) then you will also find all the plot items pretty much by itself. So, I think the game actually does a very good job of giving you direction while also letting you run very free.
Conclusion
If you want a all-around good metroidvania which actually lets you explore, get this game.
Map and maze is slightly confusing. Accidentally found the ending when there was a bit more content I could've done, regardless of that. I enjoy it, combat is fun, movement is good.
