Delightful little game. I am very surprised at how good it is based on Mixed reviews. I like it quite a bit. Mind you, low-end retro graphics don't bug me. The game is very fun, well balanced, and fun.

Not everyone's cup of coffee. The UI needs some work, definitely. And the adventurer management aspects needs an overhaul because it's fine if you have a few guys, but it becomes a nightmare once you got 16-24 adventurers each one needing their own equipment, training, skills and stats to manage. The combat is a turn-based, dungeon crawler style of game. The mechanics are simple enough to understand, and the rudimentary skill trees make it so you'll have a few different builds for different adventurers of the same class. It is fun and the loot is rewarding, though so I would recommend. Go buy this game.

A good time-passer, with the exception for clumsy(ish) controls and the lack for auto-targeting.

Darkest Dungeon for peasants

While more modern manager games of this genre may be a little better I can say this title is worth the money. I'd even put it in the top 3 that i have enjoyed with Dragon Cliff and Swag & Sorcery.
