I deeply regret spending money on this "game". Its shallow, unfun and just badly designed.

I love old fashion turn based rpg's like Final Fantasy one. I love tycoons and buisness simulations. I like a lot of stratagy. Over the years I've played a few alpha tycoon games and they tend to be worth something even if they aren't great. It was on sale for a summer sale, and with how cheap it was I figured it would be worth it as long as I didn't hate it. It's just not a good game, even for the price. It felt like a bad phone app.
Although I personally like the game, it is very unfinished and unbalanced atm. Im unsure if the developer will ever fix some of the problems. I can't even submit bug reports ingame. To sum it up, the game is fun, but only buy if its on sale and if you just really have a fetish for RPGs.
Simultaniously grindy and shallow game where you semi control parties of adventures to get them to run quests so you can buy new parties ad nasium. It's fun for a bit, but I was tired of it while before I quit after 12 hours; no where close to completion.
Endearing art but lack of depth. I do really like how it look. Sadly the interface itself is annoying to navigate, especially when you have to alter a bunch of small details across several characters. Despite calling itself a "manager" game you don't really manage anything at all, it's more like a normal party based RPG. Well, it would be but you don't even have a lot to do in dungeons either. Most abilities in the game are of the +20% damage type. So you will just be spamming the basic attack or the +20% attack every turn.
For manager it's too much micromanagement. For adventurer - it's too primitive and crappy combat system. UI is poor full of weird choices, tooltips often bugs, loot is too generic, gearing is boring, skills are primitive, energy based mechanics limits gameplay.. Just skip it, it's too old and too crappy.
would be perfect IF : 1. add auto battle feature (remember the title : adventurer MANAGER) 2. add auto equip for adventurers define ther classes and races 3. add minimap in dungeon 4. time is still running even we dont do anything 5. add upgrade weapon or enchant 6. .... and I will add it later edit : And some times s bugs / glitches appeared and we have to restart the game to remove it. Such as manual adventure progress was still exist in Adventure tab even we have exit the portal or died
Adventurer Manager is just a casual rpg with no simulation play as the name suggests. PROS: + There are some cool (even if they're half baked) mechanics there and there + Price reflects the content + Can be fun for grind lovers. CONS: - Too grindy and repetitive - Sending adventurers on their own means failure - No strategy or sim. Its bare loot grinding. FINAL TOUGHT: 5/10 If you dont have anything else to play and looking for a grind in a loot-alicious environment with casual rpg battles, you might give it a try.
I wish I could get all that time back. It is not a management game by any means. What you get at the begining is exactly the same you get at the end. Game has nice concepts, realized poorly. Poor graphic style. Pay for the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ artist some money. Ultimately game is borring grindy and repetitive.
