While the story is linear and lacks any unexpected twists, it's nigh impossible not to get invested in it. Visuals-wise, the art has Azurezero’s signature style that makes everything look softer and cuter, which is rare to see in a lewd game. Moreover, it makes some of the darker scenes in the gamer easier to stomach. That's not the only change the devs made for the battles. There's also a RES meter that works like both a character's MP and HP, and the character in question gets restrained if it goes down to zero. Of course, your characters also have a “rescue” skill that frees them from their restraints and restores a bit of their RES when it's successful. By the way, I really liked that you can walk above the walls to reach parts of the maps that aren't accessible by normal means, though you have to be careful with the enemies below because they’ll trigger a fight if they get close to you. All in all, [b]Abyssal Agent Alyss[/b] is a short and entertaining adult JRPG you should try. Pros -Lots of great scenes and CGs -Interesting and unique 2-character mechanic Cons -UI is a little lacking, with no sound or video options in-game -Combat difficulty is very high and a lot of the information you need to be successful is not presented Conclusion The sequel to Phantom Thief Sylphy, this game was released first and is a RPG with a unique mechanic in combat where either of the two main characters can be captured by enemies or rescue the other, but you only lose when they are both defeated. I really enjoyed the scenes and the art in the game. I wish there were sound or display options in the game. Combat in the game is punishingly difficult with limited recovery items (until later on when you can buy them) and a lot of useful mechanics like elemental weaknesses or how skills work are not really explained in much detail, giving the gameplay kind of a steep learning curve. In comparison to Phantom Thief Sylphy, I found this game a little less approachable, but just as rewarding to actually play through.

accidently bought and played that before phantom thief sylvie so like oopsie nsfw material (defeat = sex) was pretty good and has an end game gallery so thats highly appreciated good challenge just keep your wits about you will be fine. though the game seems a little finicky here and there. i would win the fight but because alyss got downed it would fail me (not game over) but this game doesnt seem to care if you get done in so its more or less free content on the first play through failing equals a teleport but enemies are avoidable and easily so its actually fine i liked it go look at it see if its for you im gonna copy this and put it on positive steam review
