Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

really great game. Each leader has something unique about them, combine that with the realistic and mythical DLC and you can play many campaigns that feel different.
It's pretty fun. It's a Total War game like the other recent versions. I played it on Historical and it scratched the itch. Yes, there are some minor annoyances with the UI, AI, etc. but nothing too terrible. I took my time, had fun with it, and sacked Troy at almost 45h.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

awesome game . love it
evident sange in rauri
No idea how campaign runs, but thats not really the part i play Total Wars. In Battle: Units runs like crazy, theres no frontline, AI forgets that your army walked into the forest 100m from them and turn around whole army to match 2 flanking units. Battle maps looks cool, but AI have zero idea how to play on them, they dont understand to hold chokepoints or other hills, they dont know how to really navigate around them and position around them, having half army facing a mountain that you cant aproach from. Or having half army on the mountain that dosnt have connection with army below that mountain letting u slaughter half of enemy army for free before other half come around cliff. UI is worse than older total war games. Cmon CA, its battles really plays worse than Empire Total War, or maybe atleast at the same level of AI stupidity. Three battles in 35mins? Pace is too fast, and AI cant adapt to that.
Macht sehr viel spass
Siege battles are shorter, as you don't need to build them for a turn when taking a city (walled), and the sound-track can get addicting, especially in fights. A few points of critique: 1. The hero skill tree needs a hard cap (or extra resources/something similar), because once I got past level 27, I kept getting a "unused skill points" message, and I've already maxed out all his skills, leaving him with 2 points for the last half of my campaign. 2. One of my epic missions, I think, was impossible to do, as my faction, Dardania, also an ally of Troy, asked me to make peace with Sparta. I thought the game mechanics didn't allow that? At least with your main antagonistic faction. An X-factor that can go either way for a player is the bartering system, which deals with five resources rather than just money in trades. You also need some of these materials to build your cities and hire more soldiers, so, it needs attention at some point where you can't generate enough to overcome whatever crises your enemy has in mind. You'll at least have a "make it work" option that can insta-calculate a balanced deal (trades) if you don't want to manually adjust how much you bargain.
