About
Before playing, please go to option menu and set all setting to your liking or half way :D
"A Regular Store" is a chilling single-player horror experience that puts you in the shoes of a new employee working the graveyard shift at a local retail store. At first glance, "A Regular Store" lives up to its name — a quiet, uneventful place where you’re tasked with mundane housecleaning duties outlined in a notebook left by your manager. Your nightly responsibilities include restocking shelves, taking cash from registers, compacting cardboard boxes, and performing other routine tasks to keep the store in order.
But not everything is as ordinary as it seems.
Set in the early 2000s, the game combines nostalgic simplicity with an eerie atmosphere as strange and unexplainable events begin to unfold. Shadows that move when they shouldn't, objects that aren’t where you left them, and an ever-growing sense that you’re not alone in the store blur the lines between your duties and survival. Hidden among the chaos are cryptic notes and old articles hinting at a darker, long-forgotten history lurking beneath the surface of your seemingly normal job.
As you complete your shift, expect unsettling jump scares and unnerving phenomena that might make you question your surroundings—or your sanity. Pay no mind to the flicker of movement in the corner of your eye, the peculiar creaks, or the faint whispers that seem to echo through the aisles. Your priority is to finish your tasks and lock the doors. After all, it’s not just about keeping things out—it's about keeping yourself in.
With its immersive gameplay and retro aesthetic, "A Regular Store" delivers a unique blend of psychological and environmental horror, balancing tension with a compelling narrative. Devlogs chronicling the development of the game are available on our YouTube channel if you’re interested in behind-the-scenes insights into its creation. Check them out and see how this deceptively "regular" store came to life. :D

This game lures you in with its trailer and a good opening cutscene, but after that, disappointment awaits. I highly do not recommend it because it’s just a modest itch.io-style project — it should have been free. Moreover, I encountered visual bugs with lighting (pixelation), but that’s a whole different story. I also had to replay the game because a fuse disappeared — it probably fell through the texture. 2/10
i didn't mind this game! i loved how it didn't depend on jumpscares but gave an eerie atmosphere. w game! https://youtu.be/JDakLdlPl3E?si=jetjXqJXJbZE3JsP
gameplay : https://youtu.be/5DdzshK5xAI a short horror game, that feels like supermarket simulator for restocking product at night shift with decent graphics and some enemy mechanic
A few jumpscares and spooky ambience are all this game has. For 5 dollars i was hoping for a little bit more of a story than what I got. its alright i guess
Wanted to like the game but the camera movement gave me motion sickness.
Very short and awkward gameplay. No good scares and bad atmosphere *** man?
if you drop the task item it disappears. game needs fixing .
I've been really excited to play this game and it went over my expectations. The jump scares were pretty cool, the weeping angel and the shadow monster had me the most freaked out, I was shaking during those parts. I didn't run into any bugs during my playthrough. I would give this game a 9/10, really really good for your first game can't wait to see more like it :)
Really enjoyed playing this game, it has everything I look for in this type of horror game. It creates the right kind of atmosphere to immerse you and create fear without spamming jump scares. Will improve my rating once the few glitches are fixed. 100% worth the price. 7/10.
I went in to this game not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. It has a nice spooky ambiance, a couple of scares I was not expecting, and left me with a newfound fear of baby shadows. The game is pretty short, you can catch my full play through below however I do recommend that you go through the game to experience it yourself. https://youtu.be/JeJQVlMGUWU
