Pretty decent game that tells a story about a group of kids who had to grow up early because of loss of their parents or parental figures. The characters seemed a little lazy and I don't think that I was touched at any part of the story in a meaningful way. There was only one character who kind of was in a real crisis but it felt to be acted out too quickly to see a natural reaction like not knowing what to do, feeling helpless or lost. Many situations the group been through would call for such reaction but they somehow seemed to shrug it off too quickly to make it a connecting moment with a player. Some of it needed to be like that, but I would have preferred a story with less emotionally/mentally resilient characters who were at least somewhat prone to panic. Gameplay felt involving and at times a little stressful because game for the most part is slow paced and in a couple of instances you got to act quick. Overall, I'd give it 4/5 - Good gameplay, decent(not amazing) voice acting, good sounds, unfinished characters.

This game really surprised me. The story kept me invested from start to finish and the stealth was fun without getting repetitive. I also liked that the game gives you more freedom later on so you can actually fight back instead of sneaking through everything. My only real complaint is the voice acting it definitely has emotion but sometimes it sounds like it was recorded on a 30 dollar mic. There are also a few moments where the plot relies a bit too much on characters making dumb decisions. Still its an amazing game and if Requiem is really even better i cant wait to play it.

Intrigué par cette licence depuis quelques années, je viens seulement de commencer après avoir pris les deux opus en promotion et... c'est un véritable coup de coeur ! Je regrette presque de ne pas y avoir joué plus tôt. L'histoire s'apparente à celle du premier Last of Us mais dans une France médiévale avec une part d'occulte. Globalement, il s'agit d'un jeu narratif incluant des codes propres à l'horreur (et mieux que la plupart des jeux exclusivement horrifiques !). Parfois somptueux et souvent horrifiques, les environnements sont dotés d'un réalisme saisissant qui nous immergera dans le périple (et les graphismes ont très bien vieilli). Un énorme OUI du côté de l'ambiance sonore qui, couplée à notre sentiment d'impuissance face aux dangers croisés sur la route, termine de nous plonger dans le jeu. Les personnages sont attachants et la bande-son apporte énormément apporte énormément à leur développement durant les scènes dédiées. Bref, un jeu court mais envoûtant tant par son histoire prenante que par son gameplay !

Love the game and would reccomend. Great story and easy to play as well, some challanges can be diffuclt but its ther perfect mix. Only hate that it can be a struggle to find enough items to completly upgrade your weapon. 10/10 game, already replayed it twice fully!
