Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Jul 21 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Possibly one of the most uninteresting, boring stories I have ever played through. I just don't understand why they made a game out of this.

An enjoyable and funny adventure game. Clever puzzles, witty dialouge and a pleasing art style pull you in to the world of the 1920's and Alfie's desire to make it big in the world of selling land and properties.
A great game about a man who starts a decent guy and slowly goes down a darker path. Very Recommended
One of the best point and click adventures I've ever played. I enjoyed every minute with it. The story really surprised and gripped me until the end and with the limited options available during each chapter I never felt stuck enough to be annoyed. Can heartily recommend it!
very good game and story, nice mild puzzle.
After I did the superb "Rosewater" and "Lamplight City" from grundislav Games, I wanted to try this one. I have not been disappointed: tons of locations, tons of characters, interesting plot, dialogs, star-level voice overs (Dave Gilbert team...). My only regret is I did not play it before. It's a 9/10. Must play. Bonus for the bloopers and commentaries from the dev team in the game which is "behind the scene" and cool. This guy (Francisco Gonzales) keeps the genre alive with majesty.
Let's be frank, the history of Floridian real estate development isn't exactly the most thrilling elevator pitch in the world. Still, this is made with a lot of love by a lot of really talented people and if you like point & click adventure games and have a few hours this is absolutely worth your time checking out. Recommended! (That said, I STILL do not understand the persuasion mini-game and how it's any different from literally just guesswork.)
