About
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 2 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

值得一玩,但后期就过于重复了
very realistic and nice and i wish i got paid for this because i work very hard and save (almost) everyone
Reviewing (mostly) every game (or DLC) in my library, part 289: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆☆☆☆ (5/10) 112 Operator had a lot of potential on paper. I was drawn in by the concept of managing emergency services in a real-world setting, making tough calls under pressure, and juggling life-or-death decisions. Unfortunately, while the idea is great, the actual experience fell flat for me. After several hours, it felt more like a monotonous clicking simulator than a meaningful management game. Maybe it clicks for players who enjoy micromanagement and can stomach the repetition—but after 5 hours, I personally found it more boring than anything else. 🚨Pros:

The real-world mapping system is genuinely immersive at first. The ability to select real cities and neighborhoods gives the game a unique appeal, especially when you recognize local roads or districts. Seeing emergency units respond on a map of your hometown adds a personal touch and helps sell the fantasy, at least early on.
Occasional well-written calls can break through the monotony. Some 911 calls are surprisingly well-acted and emotionally intense. Whether it’s a domestic violence situation or a distressed caller in a genuine panic, these moments offer brief glimpses of what the game could be at its best—moral complexity, quick thinking, and human drama.
The in-game call database and unit information are a nice educational touch. The game tries to add realism through detailed vehicle/unit stats and descriptions of emergency scenarios. For players interested in how real dispatching works, this can be mildly interesting, even if it doesn’t significantly affect gameplay.
📞Cons:

The gameplay loop becomes repetitive far too quickly. After the first hour or two, the gameplay settles into a dull routine: wait for a call, drag a unit to the icon, repeat. There's little variance in how you handle emergencies, and most of the strategy boils down to map micromanagement rather than any real decision-making. Even with escalating difficulty, it still feels like busywork.
The variety of calls doesn't evolve or surprise over time. While some calls are intense or interesting, the majority are short, underdeveloped, or even unintentionally silly. The lack of escalation or narrative progression makes it feel like a shallow sandbox.
There’s minimal room for creative problem-solving or actual strategy. Despite being framed as a simulation, the choices you make are rarely meaningful. Most calls have a clearly “correct” response, and any mistake is more likely due to map layout or unit delay than your own reasoning. Resource management is basic, and there’s little incentive to experiment or adapt.
Pacing is painfully slow, especially between calls. There are long stretches of time where nothing happens. You just watch the screen and wait. Even during “intense” moments, the real-time pacing feels sluggish, and fast-forwarding doesn’t solve the issue when your units are already on the move. Rarely a title has a worthy successor. Even more rarely, the successor manages to keep everything that made the original good, improves on it and then some. This is one of these cases. The new map design, mechanic and ability to access any region in the world makes this worthwhile in the long run.
The upgraded version of 911 operator. I liked the districts selection while you progress in the game. Again if you like this type of games like me you will appreciate it and spent some hours to it
The Game Launches in to the Mainmenu wher you can select nothing. I can not play it. The Jutsu did not respond to my email at all. =(
112 Operator starts with an interesting concept: managing emergency services, dispatching police, firefighters, and ambulances while responding to incidents across a city. At first, it feels engaging and challenging, especially when learning how to prioritize emergencies and allocate limited resources. However, the biggest problem with the game is that it becomes very repetitive after a few hours. Most calls start to feel the same, and the gameplay loop rarely evolves in meaningful ways. While different cities and scenarios are available, they do not change the core experience enough to keep things fresh. Another issue is the lack of long-term progression. Once you understand the game's systems, there is little left to discover. Managing units eventually turns into a routine task rather than an exciting challenge. Many emergencies play out similarly, making later sessions feel more like work than entertainment. The pacing can also be frustrating. Long periods of waiting are often interrupted by sudden spikes in activity, which creates stress but not necessarily strategic depth. Instead of feeling rewarded for good decision-making, players may feel overwhelmed by repetitive micromanagement. Although the game offers realistic emergency dispatch mechanics and a unique premise, it struggles to maintain player interest over time. What begins as a fresh and immersive simulation gradually turns into a repetitive cycle of answering calls and moving units around the map. Overall Rating: 5/10
прикольная игра , можн добавить свой город даже. но со временем быстро наскучивает. в основе ждать проишествия и прочие. могли б добавитьт мини кат сценны в виде новели или как то так. но а так скоротать время чутка можн
