About
112 Operator allows you to manage emergency services in any city in the world! Dispatch units, take calls and face situations caused by weather, traffic or changing seasons. Help the city survive escalating events like riots, organized crime, terrorist attacks, cataclysms, natural disasters and many more!
Help on a scale bigger than ever before. The sequel of the award-winning 911 Operator lets you act on many, completely different levels - from taking care of a single neighborhood to coordinating several operators’ work in the world’s biggest metropolises. Full 3D visualization will give you the inside view of your units’ actions. Choose from over 100 000 areas, such as districts, municipalities, and tens of thousands of real cities from all over the world.
Face the dynamic weather, based on authentic, historical data. Watch the incidents change as day or night comes, traffic increases and seasons pass. Watch out for extreme conditions that may lead to cataclysms and natural disasters. Try to tame big wildfires spreading across the map. Weather isn’t your only problem though - be careful when dealing with terrorist attacks and gang wars.
Take calls from people in various situations, needing emergency services’ help. You never know who’s on the other side of the line - you might hear a frightening murder story, maybe you’ll have to instruct someone on performing CPR, or keep your nerves while encountering an annoying prankster.
Choose one of the European cities in completely new Career mode and find out if you’ll manage to climb up to the very top of an operator’s career ladder. Follow the commands of your supervisors and see your actions affecting people you’re in charge of or those who need your help. Sometimes your mistakes will only be followed by a reprimanding e-mail, sometimes they’ll influence your own life.
You can also play special scenarios in any city in the world, or make your own rules in the Free Game mode.
Command the best specialists, using technologically advanced equipment and vehicles. Decide what to use - a SWAT team, Search and Rescue helicopter, or maybe riot gear? When your units arrive at the scene, command them in the tactical view that gives you the full image of the situation.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Juegazo, altamente estresante, pero un simulador de como es atender emergencias al palo mientras tenes que cubrir todos los flancos posibles entre policia, bomberos y medicos.
Pretty Fun little game for what it is.
Overview 112 Operator is the sequel to 911 Operator. You play as an emergency services dispatcher, directing police, firefighters, and ambulances to calls around the city. You also choose which vehicles to buy, who will staff them, and how they are equipped. Audio/Visual The most striking thing about the game is the visuals. Extremely simple icons on a blue Google maps default view of the city. It certainly sells the “sitting at a computer” experience, but doesn’t give a lot of information about weather, which can affect what units are usable. The game ostensibly takes place in Europe, but aside from using the Euro symbol for money, it seems thoroughly American, with all the voices being American accents, and the emergencies seeming fairly American focused. I played a campaign set in London and it had no Britishisms at all. No lorries or lifts or flats. Story The campaign mode definitely overstayed its welcome, lasting some 30 something missions, most of which were fairly identical. It could have easily been a tight 7-10 missions. You start working dispatch for a single region of London, and as you progress, you are put in charge of more regions, until you are overseeing the whole city. There are scattered plot threads, a serial killer, rising demonstrations against vague international delegates, and the player’s straining relationship with his young daughter as he works endless shifts away from the family, as well as a vengeful stalker who occasionally calls or emails threats to you. The story beats are delivered fairly passively, with you receiving a call, sending out the proper response, and then they just get finished without fanfare. I didn’t even realize I had caught the serial killer because there were so many other emergencies to attend. Gameplay The gameplay consists of an emergency popping up on the map, you click the nearest unit who can respond to that type of emergency, and send them on their way. There are rarely decisions you’ll have to make, but you may wish to shuffle units around to speed up response time. You are simply overwhelmed with emergencies, and must send everyone you can. Between missions you can buy vehicles and hire responders and dispatchers. The responders have a bunch of stats and gear options, but as far as I can tell it doesn’t matter too much. Just upgrade everyone to the highest tier gear you can and send them. This led to my London having every police officer arriving in full SWAT armor with rifles, whether they were stopping a bank robbery, or writing a parking ticket. There are a couple interesting specializations, like bomb defusal kits, but every cop can defuse bombs, it just may take a bit longer. Overall the stats seem too fiddly and not even impactful, although I only played on normal. The extra operators you can put in charge of regions are pretty useless. They can automatically assign units to emergencies, but slower than you, so why bother. They just yell at you that they need more units to not use. Other Features Aside from the full campaign there are scenarios and free play. I didn’t try a scenario, but the free play was more of the same from the campaign. The game is not limited to premade maps, however. It can scrape google maps and make a playable city out of it. When I started, the game suggested I use my own city(odd, I don’t remember giving it permissions for my location). However it split the playable area into hilariously gerrymandered slivers. My city has three counties, but it was split into dozens of minor council seat regions that were impossible to form into a coherent map. Etc. When you start and close the game you get several links to their other games, not a big fan of constant ad checkpoints. Conclusion Fun for a little bit, but repetitive or unnecessary gameplay and lacking the polish that could really sell the experience. I think their scope was too wide.
Прикольная игруха, сильно затягивает. С доп контентом вообще сок
Es un juego que te entretiene un rato. Yo lo aguanté una hora y lo acabé desinstalando porque se vuelve repetitivo.
Gra która uczy mnie EDB
Great game! Very realistic but not worth price if not on discount!
