About
ZeroSpace is a hybrid sci-fi RTS / RPG game that allows you to play as the commander of The Protectorate, a galactic force dedicated to securing humanity’s place in the galaxy. The Orion sector is locked in a vicious power struggle between many alien factions, all armed to the teeth and ready to fight to the death to achieve space dominance. Harness the latest warfare technology and recruit seasoned shock troopers and specialist crew members. Navigate through political turmoil as you make the hard choices needed to guarantee humanity’s place among the stars. But really the choice is yours. Don’t like the Protectorate? Pick a different faction, and wipe your opposition off the face of the galaxy.
Deploy infantry, artillery and air weaponry to dominate the battlefield. Engage in strategic buildcraft and troop deployment either solo, with a friend or against everyone. Orbital weapons, nuclear strikes, mechs are just some of the ingredients you get to play with. Pick your favorite arsenal and allegiance and lay waste to your enemies, scattering their burning carcasses among the Orion Sector.
Jump into an epic, cinematic saga of brotherhood in arms that spans the galaxy. Take on the mantle of Aster, Commander of the Protectorate, tasked with saving humanity from losing access to interstellar travel and receding into an age of darkness and ignorance. Engage in a cinematic RPG experience where your choices shape the future of the galaxy, then drop into the battlefields to execute on your strategies.
With 4 warring factions (3 active in pre-launch period), 7 mercenary factions and 14 distinct commanders all vying for power and dominance, you will have to use all your wit and strategic thinking to come out on top. Ally yourself with the right parties, build out your force, and protect the Orion sector.
A Caelo Ad Terram.
For centuries the Protectorate have been the stalwart defenders of humanity’s ventures through the Orion Arm, guarding against enemies foreign and domestic of the United Earth Spheres. As humanity’s galactic infrastructure teeters on the brink of collapse over a deficit of the resource “flux,” the Protectorate brings honed tactics and heavy firepower to bear. Field veteran commandos to deep strike enemy positions, or bring the heavy firepower of your mech divisions to break enemy lines.
Grow. Expand. Exterminate.
The Grell are a tide of highly evolved plant-like creatures that spawn sites of raw flux crystals through the galaxy, and humanity’s first contact with alien life. As external powers dive deeper into exploiting flux for faster than light travel, the once passive Grell have begun to flood across worlds, wiping out those who would threaten their biosphere. Expand your blooms by spreading the roots of your biomass across the battlefield, and rip apart your enemies with twisted evolutions from the acidic Harbinger to the rampaging Reaver.
Across a Million Worlds, We March.
The Legion of Truth are a fanatical empire from beyond the reaches of known space, devoted to their Emperor and a pantheon of god-like beings. Their armies crusade across the cosmos, bringing all in their path under the Idals, and purging those unwilling or unable to accept the voice. Drown your enemies with waves of expendable Thralls and Fanatics, and break your enemy under the treads of the titanic Terror Tank, a mobile fortress that can reconfigure with the tide of battle.
For Purpose. For Survival.
The Xol are civilization of autonomous robotic consciousness, brought to the brink of extinction by the dark crusade of the Legion. Though fiercely individualistic, they are united by one imperative: survival. As the tide of annihilation turns against them, the Xol will bring the most advanced robotics technology in the galaxy to bear, wield the accumulated genius of their society, and wipe out all who threaten their future.
Rank to become the dominant battle group in the sector as you take part in a living, breathing galaxy shared by thousands of real players. Defend your territory and conquer neighboring planets by leading a vast armada of troops, aliens, creatures, vehicles, and heavy weaponry- all for the glory of your alliance.

BUG一大堆 数值不合理 更新内容更是随心所欲 这些我都能忍 困难模式开局1分24秒被两个恐惧坦克堵门是什么意思? 纯粹就是恶心人的游戏
Not the starcraft killer, but still feels pretty good for an rts
Ottimo gioco... con un po di retrogusto di StarCraft. Incoraggerei Steam e la squadra di sviluppatori a terminare questo gioco e renderlo completo perchè sono proprio curioso di capire come finisce la storia mentre continuo a giocare.

very fun game especially the galactic war coop (or with ai) is super fun and casualfriendly while the 1n1 ladder is fun but sweaty xD they fixed so much since i saw the game the last time, incredible how fast they change stuff to the better with teh developer being former progamers and streaming their own game you know this game is a game they play themself alot :)
I do recommend it for now if you absolutely love RTS games, and enjoy science fiction with a side of cosmic horror. There are caveats though, given it is early access and is feature incomplete. There's also the UI being very placeholder, and it kind of throwing you into the deep end and expecting you to figure things out. It's also not the most optimized, though not awful. It looks good when you get the settings right, and contrary to what some claim, it does look better than SC2. There are more details and textures, especially if zoomed in. One should also keep in mind that only the Protectorate are complete from a design standpoint. They are still going to get more changes, but Grell, Legion and even Xol are still a WIP and not final in design. Obviously, they're close to final, but not so much that one can really say what they will end up as. Galactic War is actually really fun, VS is great fun, the merc and faction combinations you can make are endless in potential, and they are prioritizing world, gameplay and lore over just diving deep into E-sports or competitive play. I am waiting on playing the campaign though, but I hear great things so far. It's in a better place than Stormgate and is shaping up to look more akin to what Tempest Rising ended up being, but with more gamemodes, content and overall depth. After all, the campaign has multiple ways to play, choices and faction options, on top of planned multiple endings, A+ voice acting and animations. There are a lot of plans for it beyond any RTS campaign I've ever seen. But that is surface level so far, as a lot of it is still in planning, and the game won't be final until next year or the year after. Obviously, plans fall apart at first contact and all, so one never knows how far all of this will get. There is already great voice acting in Galactic War though, so that part is true. But again, the game is in Early Access, so a lot isn't final and it's important to keep that in mind. If you buy it, you're buying into something with great potential and already a lot of content, but it's still not a finished game. So, keep all of that in mind with the price tag. It's worth it for me, but not for everyone, I'm sure.
Love the game.. It does have some bugs, however it's easy to report them.
Fun game, enjoyed playing it. Devs were able to sort of combine different mechanics from multiple game and created a unique experience. There is some sc2, hots, dawn of war, mass effect etc in it. Looks even like final liberation from 90s. This is a game, I can tell, created by people playing and enjoying games. It needs fixes/features though this is like v0.1 or sth so these kinds of things are expected. It also needs polish. Some things feel nice and fluid but some clunky.
Pretty rough around the edges, but fun nonetheless. Absolutely not worth the price at the moment though, catch this game on sale lol.
very nice to have "starcraft 3" after 10 years. go grell
