Zed Hunters

I usually don't care for these types of games but this one I actually had a great time with. Slightly addicting. Fun levelling system where you keep unlocking new weapons. Also keeps throwing new enemies and bosses at you that keep you on your toes.

This game is great! Lots of different characters, a wide variation of play styles by choice of weapons, equipment or upgrades! No run is the same, if you are someone who enjoys watching numbers getting bigger you'll love it! Runs extremely well, I think it could run on a potato if you gave it enough power! Compact and well optimized, it keeps bringing me back to play, I just can't get enough. Just be warned, greed can get you killed just as easy as a bad upgrade, that's me speaking from experience!

Zed Hunters is pure “one more run” chaos in the best way. If you like games like MEGABONK & Vampire Survivors, you'll love this! It throws you into a top-down zombie swarm where the screen fills fast and the dopamine hits faster. The minimalist stick art style keeps things clean while the real star shines: absurdly addictive progression. Every run feels different thanks to a deep pool of characters, weapons, equipment, and upgrade combos that beg to be broken. One of my favourite melee weapons is the Katana, gives me "Stick Arena" nostalgia... If you know, you know. You are constantly experimenting, stacking synergies, and watching your build snowball from scrappy survivor to unstoppable blender of the undead. Simple to pick up, hard to put down, Zed Hunters nails that rogue-lite loop and does not let go.

The Game is super great! The gameplay is smooth asf, the grind is also great and also the weapon and slashing sounds are dope!

Excellent game for people that enjoy games like Vampire Survivors and Brotato and want more games that play like those. It is a bit more on the active side compared to those games but a great game if you want to hop in and play a game or two every now and then. It's got a difficulty curve that definitely goes upwards the further you get in areas but so far from what I've played it has never felt like an unfair level of difficulty. The bosses are fun and engaging and you need to think about how you want to build your character quite early to defeat a lot of them. Overall a good game with a lot of interesting mechanics that keep it fresh.
