A real Blast from the Past. Great experience!
Awesome throwback to some of my favorite games as a kid!
As addictive as the Gameboy versions. I wish there were a few more deeper graphics tweaks to really get the colour accuracy and LCD pixels to match how I want them to be, but it's not too bag, and a basic filter is available. It would probably be nice to also have multi-mapped face buttons (GBA only had two face buttons), so that it won't matter which thumb combination I want to use on the XYAB. Nevertheless, it's easy to get the hang of it. I've tested this on a Steam Deck, and I can get about 4w out of it with a quick tweak and it seems to run great at 60hz/60fps so far (gets more battery life out of). As far as the game itself is, it seems to be roughly the same version I remember. I can change regions within, so I change change it to the European version from USA one I wish I knew this sooner before starting a USA save file), and it would have been nice if the right region purchased games were embedded in front, but it's a small thing - no big deal. I don't see any multiplayer on the main screen for Yu Gi Oh Worldwide Edition Stairway to the Destined Duel (my personal favourite), but I could be mistaken. I'm eagerly awaiting another early days collection, hopefully with the PS1 and PS2 titles, such as Forbidden Memories.
Nobody in queue dice dungeon
im enjoying the games but theres no full screen i dont think its worth full price but when its on sale its abolutely worth it i just hope they make another version with Forbidden memories and the Duelists of the roses on it
A childhood memory :)
Aside form Duel Monsters 6: Expert 2 (the Japanese version of Stairway to the Destined Duel) which is not localized for some odd reason all other games are enjoyable nostalgic experiences in English.
