XCOM: Chimera Squad delivers an all-new story and turn-based tactical combat experience in the XCOM universe.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2/day in the week to Aug 14 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

amazing game
Preferi os outros XCOM mas não está mau.
The characters and writing are so bad I want to die The controls are clunky as hell. You can't freely rotate the camera, only in 45 degree sections. There is no double click to move/attack/etc so you can accidentally use the wrong ability or move by mistake VERY easily. You put your cursor over a square and right click ONCE to move the unit. That's it. Very easy to make accidental moves. This also means if you do something on your second monitor, then click back into the game, you may execute an action you didn't want. SUCH BAD GAME DESIGN. Also you are forced to use your keyboard for many actions. You cannot use mouse only (maybe if you rebind everything but that's so stupid if we have to do that for basic controls in a turn based game). You cannot click an enemy or friendly to execute an action on them. For example if you target a friendly for a heal, you cannot click the target friendly to do the heal. You have to choose the abilities, then tab through targets with tab or shift, then you HAVE to press space or enter to execute. It's so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clunky. You can probably rebind "confirm" to M1 but it wouldn't work the same. It would execute no matter where you click rather than only executing if you click the friendly/enemy you want to perform an action on, plus you have to use the keyboard for previous actions anyway. This game plays like indie trash. I've never played a tactical game with such bad controls. If the controls weren't so bad I'd overlook the other bad things but man this is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! You cannot pause during breach so you have to finish the whose stupid breach segment before you can do anything else Speaking of breach, the game doesn't inform you where your units end up after the breach. You can choose which order the units breach in but it's a complete mystery how that correlates to where they will end up in the room you breached. There's tons of crap that just doesn't make any sense. Why are enemies showing as stunned when they will not be stunned for their next turn? THAT MAKES NO SENSE. It's irrelevant if someone is stunned during their downtime so if they don't be stunned for their actual turn then the stun icon should not be present. I've never played a tactical game that intentionally gave bad info to players. I'm not even through the first post-tutorial mission and I can't stop finding new things that show how little play testing this game had. The devs and writers are clearly amateurs or DEI hires. There are a ton of graphical glitches that make the game feel super unpolished. In almost every turn there is some janky graphical glitch. The game also has some kind of crazy lag/delay thing going on. Even in the menu sometimes the game will take an extra second to move to the next menu screen you selected. I'm not getting FPS drops or anything and I'm capped at 143 FPS and not being bottle necked. The game is just unoptimized.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 21: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

genuinely underrated peak. and snussy.
police brutality
