Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11/day in the week to Aug 14 → 18.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

An improvement over its predecessor in multiple aspects. Graphics have a more rral feel that doesn't feel as much like you're playing with action figures with some fun cinematic shots of the action and very cool looking maps. Gameplay is deeper and more complex with so many interesting ways to build your units and the inclusion of unique faction units that can get absolutely busted if you invest enough in them. Gameplay is also varied up with the inclusion of lost and the chosen changing the calculus for how you approach a level and being able to turn the tide against you. Also glad this game has more heft to it than the first game so i felt i had a satisfying amount of playtime. The game also has a bit more story to it though it can be a bit few and far between and I wasn't too invested. Game felt a bit too easy by the time you get end game abilities and gear and it kinda wore out its welcome. Missions started to feel kinda repetitive and the March to the end had lots of waiting around. By the end of the game your units get exhausted and mentally fatigued so easily which just feels like an artificial limitation to counter your imported healing facilities which just feels like you made no progress. Also maybe not the best streaming game as I sometimes reloaded saves to avoid taking a back breaking loss for the sake of making sure I finish the game in a timely manner. A solid tactics game that improves upon the modern xcom formula with a cool premise that gets a little long in the tooth by the end.

Google says: "XCom has a notorious Line of Sight bug" ... and it's GAME BREAKING. Common sense tactics won't work in this game. Line of sight, walled covered, walls, don't work. Enemies can shoot through multiple walls and somehow snipe your character. You think your character, in cover, on the roof is safe?? Nope, an enemy on the ground will shoot through 2 rooms, 3 walls, bend the bullet, and hit your character as if nothing is in the way or obstructing their vision. WHY would the game even make shooting that character an option? And HOW are the odds to hit so high? It's maddening. It's an engine bug and glitch that ruins the entire game. You think you're safe? NOPE. This game seems really fun, it just has some game breaking mechanics which just simply isn't fun and ruins everything. When the game works it seems super fun. I want to explore more into the game, it seems great, but it's not worth the frustration of battling non-common sense mechanics. Such a bummer. Wouldn't recommend. Or, just play it on easy i guess, idk
It's really fun. I did have one problem tho where i couldnt switch to the game's window when it first launched no matter what i did, like it would just minimize and go to the taskbar the moment i clicked on it to come up on the screen, but then i turned off wallpaper engine and it got fixed. other than that i had no problem so far and the game is really fun and addictive.
