Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11/day in the week to Aug 14 → 18.29/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Worst game I have ever played, whole game is waiting 20 minutes for the enemy turn to finish, then you get 20 cutscenes and after that the whole game is just to run from cover to cover which you can hardly call "strategy". First mission - the target core just exploded several time with no apparent reason....the mountain with arrow up to climb it my characters just walk behind it...entire game is a 0/10 ragebait.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

★★★★ "턴제의 맛을 제대로 구현한 훌륭한 게임"
This is the 3rd time i bought this game i have it on Playstation, PC and nintendo switch. For me its the 2nd best strategy game i ever played (1st is C&C Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge) and the WOTC DLC makes it even better feels a bit like different game. I really hope that XCOM 3 will come out one day and will live up to my expectations. For me the promotion system could be different like more of a mastery tree where player is more free to build solders instead of random class with first promotion. For example i want solder to have sniper rifle with stealth skill. Anyway for me this game is wonderful experience
perfect game if you want to watch your units miss 99% of shots. tutorial took me like iirc 2-3 hours because my units kept missing and then dying over and over mind you the enemy has no such issues. oh and theres a fixed time limit to pressure you.

Very fun with hella good mods. I love it.
amazing game unreal repeatability 11/10
fun
Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ I played the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ out of this game. Couldnt put it down for a week until I finally beat it. Saw the playthrough of this 10 years ago, feels good to finally be able to play it for myself this time around. Ofc this game has it jankiness and roll the dice ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but Mods definitely help with the experience to smooth things out. I really like the challenge of the Alien Rulers but definitely was a pain in the ass in the early to mid game. As for the Chosen they were a fun obstacle and made their presence in the game a great experience. So much so that after you kill them the game kinda feels empty lol. Alien rulers suck more ass than the Chosen though. The final battle kind of felt underwhelming in my opinion but maybe its because I didnt give the enemy avatars any chance to even do anything what with my overwatch spam and grenade and blaster bomb abuse. Now to deal with the sad feeling of finally finishin a goated game.
