Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Sep 4 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Very fun with a lot of different weapon combinations. A few too many upgrades to the point that you sometimes forget that you had something but overall a very enjoyable experience. I 100% the game in about 6 hours playtime and am about to go into the remake of Xanthiom Zero that is also included.
It's fun, the weapon customization system feels like they just through some things at the wall and let you just have fun with it, because it's very, very unbalanced, but also there aren't a lot of places for that to manifest outside of bosses, so it both feels like too much and also unobtrusive, but also like you want more despite knowing it's ridiculously broken. The game doesn't seem to have a sequence to break, there might be an intended one, but it does feel like the levels are designed that you can do them earlier with specific gear. Feels like could have benefitted from more bosses, and maybe more use of certain mechanics, but it all comes together feeling pretty decent without too much frustration. No mechanics are overused, there are very few frustrating skill checks, it just feels fine to good all around. Relatively short (100% in ~4-5 hours) and it exists in that valley of both not having overstayed its welcome but could have been a few hours longer. Also, comes with a remake(?) version of X0 (X1?), which is cool, and both games have replay modifiers that include modifiers (including randomizer) that give reasonable built in replay if you want. One review mentions something about "getting stuck" and being forced to restart, and I'm not sure what specifically they would be referring to, but I ran into one case of "stuck in what turned out to be a tutorial room" and had to shut down the game and restart, but it appears that it saved my progress despite restarting, so it feels like saving only sets your respawn point, picking up items (and dying) might checkpoint your progress, so it's pretty generous in that. Also might have some speedrunning implications.

very fun Metroid like - love the customisation for gun mods. By the end of game you can become very OP, which I love!
Xanthiom 2 and 0R are perhaps the best Metroid-likes out there. Top tier exploration, interesting abilities, and baked in QoL features that mean you're not wasting a lot of time hunting for secrets. Gunplay is pretty good, and you can make some busted combinations with the available options. At the risk of being hyperbolic, I liked 2&0R put together more than Metroid Dread. My only gripe is with the music. I had to do something I never do - turn it off. Sorry, composers.
long long time since i didn't feel "this remembers me metroid firts runs". very good game! love the camera feature to mark spots.
Played through X2 and XZ back to back, 100% each. Great stuff, had fun much like playing through Super Metroid and Fusion first time way back when..
One of the best metroidvania games!!!!! Contains two games, the first part redrawn and the second part 10/10
A worthy successor to Xanthiom Zero, willing to go further beyond the Metroid mold and play around. I had a great time with it, and recommend it to anyone who liked Super Metroid.
Literally Super Metroid (laudatory).
very good game
