Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 14 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Wait... what? This is a space combat sim? Whaa... Well this is the first X-Com I had never played before and knew nothing. Imagine my surprise when I saw what this is. In its core I guess we could say its more or less the same, I mean we have bases, make upgrades and we have encounters, the difference being the combat itself: a basic space combat sim. Did I liked? Meh not really. Is it bad? Its ok.
I BRAKE FOR SECTOIDS
had fun, crashes a lot, aliens were easy and I was on the offensive, then suddenly, a significant new alien ship appears and wipes me out. Peak XCOM

I was just about 23 years old when this was released and it was terrible back then. Now i am around 51 years old. Its still bad. Avoid it like the plague. And to think that, this was released at the same time freespace was released. Apart from the main XCom games (XCom, XCom 2, XCom 3 and the reboots) stay away from the franchise.
