WTF , if you are a macho man fan...this is a disgrace. Maybe in mexico its a hit, or if you like turn based games? Generic names, you dont actually play as the wrestlers you know and love. This could have been a great game, but it just fails for me.

Liked the gameplay and design a lot, some strange puzzle roadblocks.
I was having a mostly good time with this. It has a wacky sensibility and nods to classic wrestling that couldn't be more appealing. Sadly I encountered a bug that had a party member and manager character permanently disappear from the roster. I decided at that point to cut my losses, because there's kind of no reason this bug couldn't happen multiple times in a play through.
I like the game, but it crashes entirely too much, and I lose time I invested between loading and crashing, over and over, so now I have to save all the time not because I want to or need to because of game issues, but because of poor programming. It RUINS an otherwise fun game. The closest game that has come out in recent years and I played I can think of is the Steamworld RPG, and I loved that. Too bad about the crashes between locations.
Sadly this game is just tedious to play and way too easy. Even in my short time it already became repeteitive. The tutorial is atrocious, the story is super lame and very "go there do that"-scenario-of-the-episode-like. And the worst thing: You are constantly forced to switch between parties / characters and their "story" (and I use that term lightly). Just why?! I have no clue who thought that would add anything. It just makes me not want to continue to play after I got swapped AGAIN. Why this game isn't just allowing me to create a wrestler with my own gimmick and recriot for my team (stable) and then follow a story? Why have this weird multiple-main-character switching that bogs everything down? Why have only pre-made protagonists?! They clearly had South Park as inspiration, they should have taken those elements from it. Can't recommend it.
This game is very creative. I am not the best nor do I normally play Party/Turn Based RPG's often (only one I can think of is Pokemon). I am a huge fan of wrestling and I was very interested in this game. This game took me much longer to complete due to my straight forward focus on going through the main story and not taking time to grind and level up. It caused a lot of problems for myself with the level difference. There is 1 specific time playing that soft locked me.
Very late in the game you play as Loachador and fight against 3 or 4 people at once & my level was too low so I would get pumbled. Thankfully the Devs helped me out and leveled my Loachador up a bit.
Without spoiling the story at all. I had an absolute blast. It was a long journey that had lots of pain and agony for myself but also funny moments & good times. For someone who doesn't play RPGs at all this was great! I wish people enjoyed this game more!
not a bad game, just not what I hoped it would be. I wanted to make my own wrestler. the game does not have that. what is does have is fun, especially if you are a big wrestling fan, there are a ton of references to alot of wrestlers, most of which go right over my head. I liked the wrestling and picking different moves, intro stuff and the story was decent. I just really wanted to make my own character.
I'm sad. I do enjoy the game, but I foolishly saved at a certain point right before the quest was going to fail, so now I cannot continue my game lol.
