It be good
Sean's new approach of having someone else make the damn game while he sticks to art has paid off here. This is a fun little title and well worth the $5 asking price. It's short, but fun. OST is nice, but it's just the one track. Fits it well. You get the three bosses you see in the trailer, and you have to collect 3 little orbs around the small map while dodging a ridiculous stream of attacks. Once you get three orbs, go in for a dash attack. Do this three times to kill a wraith. Kill three wraiths to win. Was hoping Lenny would guest star as a wraith so I could finally kill him. Didn't happen. *shrug*
Game is really fair & fun. Even though everything one-hits you, each attack, when it appears, has a small window of time when it does not damage you. You can see this when the projectile is blinking. There are only three bosses, so you can learn to dodge each and every attack pretty quickly. In True Wraith mode, the attacks are just the same but with a few more projectiles. Though there are certain situations where you are guaranteed to die (i.e multiple attacks in different directions), it's because of your previous actions that led you to that situation (could have dodged certain projectiles earlier). What's important, though, is to make sure to notice each and every attack as there are signs of each attack before they actually damage you. No attack comes 'out of nowhere'.

Wraithslayer hits the mark for what it is trying to do, if you wanted a bullet hell with the only movement being celeste dash then it's for you. It falls nicely in a file of "easy to learn, hard to master" If you like what the trailer shows, you will like the game, if not, then you won't.
When ever i play this game it feels like my ears are children in a burning orphanage. The gameplay is fine i like the idea but the music is so loud i can hear every mother in the world telling me to turn it down. They should add lootboxes in wraithslayer so i can have a duck head. They should add a battle royal where you can build to protect yourself i dont think any other game could do that. Im just mad that my wizard101 wont work on my mac. Mac sucks ♥♥♥♥ and balls i hate my mom for giving my other computer viruses so now i have to use this monstrosity. Great, fun game. Good for wasting time while waiting for something, or just playing when bored. One, and the only problem I've had with this game is the audio setting. Music Volume is bugged so you can't change it, which makes it extremely hard to hear my friends over discord while playing this game. Besides that, the art and mechanics feel great. I highly recommend this game.

You can do it in under one minute - how hard can it be?
Straightforward, addicting boss-rush, die-if-you-get-hit-once gameplay. The desire to play "one more round" is through the roof! And the movement somehow feels unique and fun! Getting in the zone with this game feels amazing! And very souls-like in the way that you win by getting better and learning patterns, and a tiny bit of luck in how and when those patterns come out at times. Highly recommended!
Well, it´s simple, but it isn´t. One room, one life, you, the boss and W A S D. It´s challenging and quick, without any loading screens. There are a few extra challange modes to be unlocked by getting better. It has really good pixel-graphics, doesn´t take you that much memory and the price is also in a good balance. The soundtrack is perfectly fitting and doesn´t get boring over time. A nice game you can often come back to! Here also some things for people, who instead don´t want to play blind.
I know the wall looks cool right? You know what it is too? ... Hungry, be a smart guy and don´t feed it.

When you hit the boss, you dash through him from a larger distance (also objects) and also you are invincible for roughly 3 seconds. But the boss is like Medusa. If you touch her hair, you´re dead.

You see the two worms at the bottom? One of them is shaking. That one will throw a little ball at you. Nothing special, but I died because of it often enough!

Swords ... can be ignored, can be a shield or can be a jail, it´s up to you! They become solid, when hitting a wall and then won´t damage you any more, but lasers, other swords and solids passing things still go through them. So you can use them as a shield from normal things or as an additional ground while waiting for something.

Patience can be a lifesaver!
This game is a boss rush with some interesting movement that consists of only dashes in the cardinal directions. The only thing I can see negative about the controls is that your left and right dashes seem to be slightly slower than your up and down. Other than that, this controls very well. I will say that it took a couple minutes to feel completely comfortable with the movement, but that is to be expected with a new game that has non-standard movement. For the bosses, there are 3 different ones that need to be hit 3 times each for a total of 9 attacks. You attack by collecting 3 colored "things" (for lack of a better term) and dashing into the boss. You know when you have all 3 when you are glowing. Each boss has their own set of attacks they use in a random order, and of course as the later the boss the harder it becomes. After playing through normal mode, which is difficult enough, you unlock hard mode. Hard mode doesn't do too much different in terms of attacks, just increases the amount of attacks at once. For example the first boss has an attack where he sends out a laser that shoots twice while turning slowly, and the hard mode variant is just two lasers in different spots, they still shoot twice and turn, it's just that there's two of them instead of one. That isn't to say that hard mode is only slightly more difficult than normal. It's still much harder and while I feel that more interesting new attacks would make hard mode more interesting, the nature of the attacks makes for a very interesting game already. This game is also very short. Which seems to be par for the course with difficult games. I've beaten the first boss within 15 seconds, and beating the final boss can be done in less than a minute and a half. The catch to this is that you die in one hit, I've had plenty of runs that lasted 5-10 seconds, and the game doesn't penalize you much for dying. You get a death screen that says "YOU ARE NOT READY" and 3 seconds after your death you've started another run. I never felt like I was rushing to get another run started cause the game wouldn't hurry up with loading/arbitrary wait times like some other games have. Also, a very small detail that I absolutely appreciate is that when you lose on hard, the main menu keeps you on hard so you don't accidentally start another run on normal while trying to get back into it quickly. Also, with such a short game there is a lot of replay value as it does save your times and you can enable a clock that will show non-intrusively in the bottom left corner, and even dying on the final boss doesn't feel like too much of a setback because it'll will only take a minute to get back there. I highly recommend this game to anyone who likes high precision platformers, like Running Hell in Cave Story, intense boss fights, bullet hells, and or fast paced games. Very glad I found this game with Steam's new search feature, well worth the time spent and time that will be spent playing this game.
