I HAVE FIGURED IT OUT! If I may say so myself, I am definitely top 10 Worker Simulator EU. So here is MY GUIDE ON HOW THE TRICK YOU PLAY THIS GAME:
The game doesn't look too bad. The goal is to just clean up construction sites and you can pick up items with your hands (the majority of the things), you can sweep them with a broom, you can vacuum them with a wireless vacuum cleaner (that requires you to fix the electricity plant nearby to work) and a massive crane (for moving these super big things, they have a hook, you'll see which one it is).
Once you're in, DO NOT CLEAN YET, because that will yeet the trash across the area. You walk forward, find the power station (very colourful green and purple cables) and find the electrical/utility pole and place it on the platforms where the green cable is touching (you need two). That will give you electricity for that specific area and you can start cleaning and using your vacuum cleaner. You hold right click to focus on a bit of trash on the ground and if you're not holding the right tool (hand, broom or vacuum cleaner), it will tell you to use the correct one.
If you have to use your hands for picking up the trash, you need to find one of the massive yellow skips/container/bins that have construction waste in them. You can sometimes get away with holding left click, looking up and pressing right click, which will yeet the trash away and it might get in the bin.
THE CROSSHAIR is somewhere in the middle but it would've been nice if you could actually see it, and it feels like it's slightly lower than the middle.
You look at the missions on the side and you go and do stuff, and when it comes time to BUY A CLEANING LICENCE, JUST PRESS CAPS LOCK... this took me forever to figure out, and it is in the AREAS tab. In the PLAYER STATISTICS, you can see your power, which gets lowered if you run or lift things and you have to stand still for a few seconds to regenerate it.
Yes, you can press Ctrl to scan the area but you can easily see the large items without the scan, which marks them slightly red, but it doesn't really help with the smaller items, which are the ones that you really need help with whenever you have to use the scan, because that's your last option. Basically, a bit of a useless function but okay.
Once you're done with an area, go into your and drive off, CRASHING THE SHIZZLE OUT OF YOUR POOR LITTLE VEHICLE INTO EVERY SINGLE LAMP HITBOX BECAUSE OF HOW MASSIVE THEY ARE. Then fix the power plant for that area and start cleaning, BUT MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT A CLEANING LICENCE AND IT IS FOR THE CORRECT AREA!!!
I wish I could see my missions in my AREAS tab in the PLAYER PROFILE, just by clicking on the different areas (or hovering over them) because I accidentally hid my missions tab on the side and I couldn't figuer out if I was done or not.
Overall, not a great experience and tons of getting used to, things are a bit mysterious, and there could've been a tutorial where you do a tiny area as an example, but yes... maybe eventually. Basically, the game is trash (get it, because you are cleaning the trash).
This would be a lot of fun as a multiplayer game, even if a person has to host the game locally and not somewhere on a server.

WHAT DO I DO IN THIS GAME???
It took me super long to realise that I had to collect the trash using different methods (by hand, using a broom and using a wireless cleaner that required you to fix the electricity in the area first) and on top of everything, I couldn't pick up BOTH heavy thingies with the crane but only one. The goal is to make enough room to go through with the car (and to get through all the challenges, of course) and just move on to the next location.
WHERE DO YOU BUY A LICENCE TO CLEAN FROM??? I looked everywhere but there's nothing anywhere and I couldn't find any place to buy a Licence to Clean from. Also, every house where you're not really supposed to be is just extremely dark inside and you can't see anything. I couldn't figure this out, although I checked everywhere (maybe) and then I just gave up.
EDIT - YOU PRESS CAPS LOCK AND A PLAYER PROFILE MENU OPENS, WHERE YOU CAN BUY LICENCES... but still, sad that you can't get achievements :(
THE STUPID LAMPS HAVE THE LARGEST HITBOX EVER - whenever you drive your car, the hitbox of the street lamps IS MASSIVE and you keep hitting it, and it kills all of your speed whenever you're driving quickly... interestingly enough, it is only on the front side and not the back side (uwu) of the pole.
There are Worker Simulator videos online, including a youtube link in one of the other reviews, but it seems that the game used to look completely differently and it is soooo confusing that it doesn't properly tell you where you go but only what to do.
On top of everything - THERE ARE NO ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE GAME. So even after struggling with trash (literally) for hours, you wouldn't get anything to show how cool you are...
Anyway, the only way you wouldn't be mad for getting the game would be if you get it with a 95% discount, like I did, at less than a buck. Very confusing game, would be nice if things weren't glitchy but let's give the dev more time to fix these, I like how you're top 10 if you join their discord, and
Would I recommend buying this game - well, if you want it to make you cry, then yes. If you want to play for half an hour and give up - yes. I guess this could be fun if you like Mystery Solvings games where you check every single thing and you still can't figure out what's happening.
