Well... kinda... whatever. This is some sort of a runner with a lot of dying. The graphics are decent. The music can get annoying pretty soon. No story. No bugs or crashes. Runs fine on Win 7. It's a simple game that you play using only the spacebar. Survive until you can't anymore. Repeat. Several obstacles. A few upgrades but you're better off avoiding them. It includes cards and it's cheap. There're better games like this one but this one, even if not the big deal, can provide some limited, casual entertainment. So let's go with the blue thumb. Still, you're really not missing anything if you skip it.
This game is an awful waste of space. If you like the way it looks, just play "Badland". That is the game that this blatantly tries to copy but fails miserably. "Badland" is free on mobile and very cheap on Steam, and you'll get an actual decent full game, rather than this broken, unfinished knockoff. This would even be bad for a free Flash game, much less an actual Steam game you pay money for. This game is extremely barebones and still manages to stutter and have performance issues. I wouldn't even suggest wasting time on this if it were free. As a slight tangent, my own paragraph above reminded me of "Obey the Fist", whom you might know as the Steam reviewer who seems to have reviewed nearly every bad "indie" game there is, but who, in my view, is sometimes too harsh on many smaller, simpler indie games. As I myself often enjoy simple, basic, even barebones games. For example, games made by NanningsGames. They are very simple and barebones, but are at least functional and can be fun. I really enjoyed their game Planet Lander, despite it being quite basic. But in this case, everything about infesting Steam with worthless low-quality garbage that "Obey the Fist" usually rants about, rings very true for this game. There is only one "endless" level in the game, and it just randomises about 20 different segments (think of each segment as a single obstacle) over and over again. There is nothing more to this game. As others have mentioned, even the gameplay itself is not enjoyable and feels more like Flappy Bird than Badland. The camera doesn't even follow you properly, and often your character goes completely off-screen, especially once there are two characters on screen and then both characters can be off-screen if they get separated (it also breaks most obstacles). There are only two "songs/music" (if you can even call it that), one for normal game speed, and one for 3x fast game speed (which is nearly unplayable, by the way). The music "track" is only about 10 seconds long and constantly repeating, so you will get sick of it in about a minute or two. It doesn't even loop cleanly. Furthermore, the game doesn't even save properly. I started up the game a second time (clearly a mistake) and I somehow had lost more than a 100 of the eggs I had collected. Collecting the eggs and unlocking a few characters (that modify your speed, but break the game further, as some obstacles were not designed for those speeds) is the only progress you can have in this game. But you shouldn't bother at all. Also, this clearly has fake reviews. The fact that this has a "mostly positive" rating is a joke. P.S. Playtime is because of idling for card drops. Which I normally don't care for, but I wanted to get at least something worthwhile from this game. TL;DR: Avoid at all costs. This is a barebones, broken knockoff of Badland. Play Badland instead.

Copy of Badlands but on PC
A pathetic semblance of a Badland!
