Stout Kayak

Wow, finally an extreme kayaking game! I’m honestly so impressed that an independent creator was able to make a game of this caliber and with so much potential. For an early access title, I’m absolutely not disappointed with my purchase. Totally worth every penny! The map is huge, and the rivers branch out in so many ways that every run feels like a new adventure. The scenery is fantastic, the soundtrack is unique and already very diverse. I’d love to see even more styles added! The feeling you get when going down those steep drops is just amazing. The controls feel great too. With a bit of practice, you can really push your skills and evolve your gameplay and that’s the kind of challenge I love! I did find a few minor bugs, but nothing that takes away from the fun. I understand it's totally normal for early access. On top of that, the creator is super active on the forums (Hub, Reddit, Facebook, YouTube) and seems to really listen to the community. I love the idea of being part of the game’s evolution, seriously awesome. Can’t wait for the multiplayer version!!

After about 40 hours with this game, it has become extremely addicting. Being a boater myself this really scratches the itch when you cant get on the water. It takes a while to figure out how to link together smooth lines with the controls, but once you figure it out you can do everything in this game that you can do on the river. The Dev is putting in a lot of work to keep making it better which is awesome. Would love to see Rafts, a bigger variety of kayak designs to choose from, like full/half slice or different types of creek boats. Get the game if you enjoy running rivers

My 10 years old son is having so much fun with this kayakist game! The map is absolutly beautiful. He loves exploring to find the hidden diamonds. It makes the asventure even more exciting for him. He's also been practicing cliff jumps... and let me tell you, he's very proud of his achievements!! He's already super excited about playing with his friends when the multiplayer version comes out. What i love most as a mom is that even thaugh the game is quiet technical, there's no pressure - no competition or point to chase. Just pure fun, exploration, and lot of imagination. The scenery is stunning and give a real sens of freedom. A big favorite in our house!

Nice thrill going down those rapids :) Works very well, with some updates i would like to see to make it even better -tutorial -map -more signs showing where the launch pads are -time in the HUD -time manipulation (if you don't want to go during night, skip to day) -objects you can interact have a glow, or indicator before getting close

One of the best indie experiences I've played this year. Unique sensations, an incredible atmosphere, lots of content, music and crazy waterfalls. The kayak controls are super satisfying, I love the surf spots for freestyle, and the map is huge with tons of things to discover. It’s clear a lot of work went into this game. Can’t wait for the next updates! I 100% recommend this game

I did it. I bought it. I'm a whitewater guys and I just had too. And men I can't wait to see that game grow! 2 Hours in and yes it has little bugs as expected from an early release but the game as a lot of potential. The map is huge!! Kayaking down so many drops and play spot is fun. Cliff jumping ''assassin creed'' style is not to be miss. The multiplayer mode will be a blast. Give it a try ,get it now and help the maker create what you want ( i just have so many ideas).

Its a good game, definitely some bugs with some menu/ ui stuff but the overall gameplay is pretty great. Indie developer making an extreme sports game which I always love to see, it's definitely worth a buy.
