An absolutely incredible FPS game with satisfying gunplay, varied environments--set pieces--guns, an emotional story, unforgettable characters, and overall fun Nazi-kicking-butt. I will say the only gripes I have are how insane the gun recoil is where with every shot, the screen shakes like an earthquake (my eyes 😭) aaand to loot for items, you have to spam E on the floor every second and these items are TIIINYYY. So although this keep the game's world realistic, it hurts the otherwise good pacing during fights. But holy I did not expect to love this game so much, and that ending was such a punch to my gut.

Игра отлично сохранилась (ну кроме движка), за 10 лет с момента релиза почти не появилось сюжетных шутеров, равных ей по качеству. Все на месте: бодрая стрельба, спокойные сегменты, позволяющие от нее отдохнуть, смелые стилистические ходы, яркие спецэффекты. Атмосферности добавляет матерная озвучка от «Механиков», обязательно ставьте.
