You arrive at an abandoned house, drawn there by the traces of a dark and forgotten past.
An ancient ritual has left its mark on the place. Whispers linger in the halls, old memories refuse to fade, and something unseen watches from the shadows.
As you explore the house, you begin to uncover the story of a family torn apart by grief, obsession, and a terrible loss.
But the deeper you go, the harder it becomes to tell what is real and what is a nightmare.
Some truths were buried for a reason.
Explore a decaying house filled with hidden secrets and traces of a forgotten tragedy. Search every room, solve puzzles, and uncover clues that reveal what happened to the family who once lived here.
As reality begins to distort, the deeper you go, the harder it becomes to tell what is real and what is not.
Not everything you encounter will reveal itself immediately. Explore carefully, pay attention to your surroundings, and be prepared for what may be waiting just beyond the darkness.
The game contains flashing lights that may trigger epileptic seizures.

길찾는게 좀 불친절하다 느끼긴 했지만, 나름 괜찮았습니다. 다만 쬐~끔 어지럽고 마우스 감도가 계속 초기화 되는게 불편함 하지만 그래도 재밌었음.
Średniak, takie 5 Ąnrzejów / 10. Jumpscarey rozpierdzielają uszy, fabuła jakaś jest, zakończenie przewidywalne. Można zagrać, szczególnie na przecienie.
I really enjoyed this game! 👻 The puzzles bugged out on me a little, although I think with the safe I may have just done the lock wrong 😂. I absolutely loved the layout of the house and the fact that you could explore freely rather than being forced down a certain route. I could definitely see some *The Conjuring* and *Insidious* inspiration throughout the game, which I loved because I'm a huge fan of those films. The red door and music box references were especially cool! I really enjoyed the story and loved finding and reading the newspaper articles. The atmosphere was probably my favorite part — I constantly felt like I was being watched. I've played a LOT of indie horror games, so jump scares can sometimes become quite predictable, but with this game I genuinely couldn't tell when something was going to happen. A few of them caught me completely off guard! I'd absolutely play a sequel, especially because the ending feels like it leaves the door open for more. Overall, a really enjoyable horror experience, and knowing this was made by ONE developer makes it even more impressive. Thank you for making it! ❤️ A few things I'd love to see improved or added in the future: the long walk back to the car felt like the perfect opportunity for one final scare or even a chase sequence. I was convinced something was going to come after me! I'd also love a few more save points. I unfortunately got soft-locked twice, so having to replay sections again became a little tedious. I'd also change the telephone slightly so it doesn't completely stop you from playing while it's ringing — or, even better, use the ringing to build up to another jump scare. 😭 Definitely worth playing if you enjoy atmospheric indie horror, exploration and not knowing when the game is about to scare the life out of you! 👻

Geile Jumpscares!!! Man hat immer Angst...immer ist was los. Simple Aufgaben bzw. Hier mein Gameplay im Livestream. https://youtu.be/SdPrhR14srQ -------------------------------------- I was tense the whole time… if I’d had a piece of coal between my ass cheeks, I would’ve ended up with a diamond. An absolutely fantastic game!!!! One of the best horror games I’ve ever played. The atmosphere and sound are an easy 10/10. Awesome jumpscares!!! You’re constantly on edge… there’s always something happening. The tasks and puzzles are pretty simple, so there’s no endless searching for item XY that’s hidden somewhere behind a cabinet. But you still have to pay attention to your surroundings and remember where things were. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. It’s easily in my Top 3 horror games.
Bien
The story of Witchblood takes place in the small town of Mistvale and centers around the Harper family and their estate, which you explore throughout the game. Why exactly you're there in the first place isn't entirely clear, at least not at the beginning. The game is very obviously inspired by several well-known horror games. The opening especially gave me strong Silent Hill 2 vibes, while other parts feel heavily influenced by Resident Evil 7. There also seem to be a few nods to horror movies, like the red balloons, which immediately reminded me of a certain well-known Stephen King story. Witchblood does a good job when it comes to atmosphere and has some genuinely creative ideas in its story. There are several moments where the game manages to create a really creepy and unsettling mood, and it also has a few well-placed jump scares that actually work. That said, the quality isn't always consistent. Some parts feel less polished than others, and a few ideas come across as not completely thought through. There are also some questionable design choices. One of the most annoying things is the protagonist's constant blinking effect. I'm guessing it's supposed to make the game feel more realistic, but instead it just becomes distracting and unnecessary. If you're going for realism, I'd much rather be able to look down and actually see the character's body, hands, or feet instead of feeling like I'm controlling a floating camera. The biggest issue with the game, though, is definitely the technical side of things. You can tell that Witchblood was made by a solo developer. That's not meant as an insult, and it definitely doesn't mean the game is unplayable, but the lack of polish is noticeable. One thing I really appreciated is that the game has native Ultrawide support right out of the box. It's built on Unreal Engine 5.4.4, which is obviously capable of producing some great-looking games, but Witchblood often looks very blurry and has some noticeable graphical issues. And the menu... honestly, there's not much to say about it. It just looks ugly and unfinished. Interacting with objects can also be frustrating. A lot of the time there's no clear indication of what you can actually interact with, so exploring can turn into trial and error. The controls in general feel a little floaty and imprecise. Even opening doors can sometimes be more difficult than it should be, and picking up smaller objects often only works when you're standing at exactly the right angle. Despite all of that, Witchblood still has its charm. If you can look past the technical issues and some questionable design choices, I'd say it's worth giving it a shot, especially if you want to support a solo developer. It's definitely not a perfect horror game, but it still offers at least two hours of creepy entertainment with some genuinely good and memorable moments.
