Extremely replayable, and a lot of fun to play with friends! The graphics and storylines are unique and charming, and I love how customizable the characters are!
I didnt cared for this game beforehead because of that silly paper comic graphics -looked like game for kids. Luckily after playing ""The dungeon of Naheulbeuk the amulet of chaos", this game caught my attention again. Very atmospheric game, comic pictures are soo good, making your imagination fly! It feels like real adventuring, when your party members advance relationship and grow older together. Cool turn based combat system with innovative "magic". It had more of adventure feeling than most of AAA DnD games out there! Its a kind of sometimes less is better thing, proving that there are still passionate people making great games even when they dont have all that money big studios have. Cant recommend enough for people who loves turn based adventure RPGs! 9/10

The game gets better once you get a few legacy heroes and understand the (few) mechanics a little better. Also, the UI does not do the artstyle justice and lacks both information and visibilty. The game is pretty good but it lacks a lot at first glance.
Wildermyth is a unique and heartfelt take on the fantasy RPG genre. The first few hours are a delight, filled with constantly fresh dialogues, fun surprises, and the feeling of playing through a living fairy tale. However, after a while, you start to recognize the patterns, especially in the dialogue. For those who can live with that, a warm and memorable adventure still awaits.

This is a game that I fell in love with almost right away. My favorite part is the telling of the story during a campaign, I play "Carved in Stone" which is basically Rimworld's "Commitment Mode", so many bad and good things happen to my party and it feels like a I'm watching a DnD/storybook adventure play out. Some of the mini stories repeat cross-campaign but the many different dialogue changes based on your characters personality is what keep the game fresh once you've completed multiple campaigns.
