In brilliant ways, this game captures the madness of humanity's own finitude: whether it’s the despair when one's success feels entirely impossible to reach again, the urge to eat just to forget one's death, or the coping mechanism of building an entirely new world in one's mind to escape reality. Because of its heavy themes, this isn't a game I would recommend to anyone. However, for everyone else, the experience is unique. It is one of the best storytelling games I have ever played so far, with interactive cutscenes using different approaches for each short story. Go for it!

What Remains of Edith Finch is a really special game indeed. I bought this since I heard it's a unique experience and yeah sure it was. The story is well written and all but clearly the best thing about this game was it's execution as a video game. Every tale told in their own respectful and different way was very interesting to follow and made the gameplay more than just "walking simulator". The story didn't really resonate with me that much even though it was a special one. But how story is told makes it truly stand out. Another one of those cases where the story is best told in a video game format. I really hope these developers are cooking something even bigger and ambitious since this game really showcases what they are capable of. Play this more as and experience than as a game. Solid 8/10 for me.

Impressive storytelling! All the endings made me upset but I think there are still many questions unanswered.

People were hyping this game up so much, I was expecting something so profound and life changing but I can't lie that ♥♥♥♥ was so boring lmaoo, I feel so bad for anyone who paid 20 bucks for this game, it was cool and all but it was just super boring and confusing, I got it on sale but anyone who paid 20 bucks for 2 hours of mid content im sorry bro

Beautiful visuals, a well-crafted story, short but memorable, and incredibly creative. Every chapter feels unique, making it an experience that's worth playing from start to finish.

完全算剧情和音乐都制作的非常精良的游戏，视角变换很有创意，芭芭拉那里确实给我唬住了，这部分算是高能吧？Molly部分有点晕是开小窗口玩的，全游最厉害的就是Lewis的故事，设计不断切三文鱼就是一种呼应在罐头厂工作的单调，机械的动作就是一种荒诞的感觉，尤其是幻想部分，童话风但是剧情却是一种超现实，加冕的音乐加上断头台的设计完全就是意识流。 结尾也是赚了我一波眼泪。。。

1st impression it makes you think a lot. VERY good story game in my top 10 for sure.
