Bought this at a 50% discount, and will absolutely consider paying for music/art/DLC/full-price copy to support TinyHat, 'cause wow this is a lot of interesting story, lore, settings, side quests, and minigames...and it's not even finished yet. Nor am I- I've gotten as far as being able to choose side-quests from the globe. I'm amazed and a little, I guess, confused at how hard this game is gaming in different directions. I mean, it's a porn title; I wasn't expecting any of the characters to be up to RPG-level detailed, or to be learning the rules of an illustrated card game in the middle of unlocking smutty art/scenes of pirates. I really hope y'all don't burn out before reaching a climax and epilogue. IfyaknowwhatImean. Cough for effect. Rough segue. I have A Lot of Positive Words to share about the nuts and bolts, but I don't want to ramble and I do want to get back to the game. So I'll make another review or edit this one once Wet Sand is finished, and for now just say that I very much recommend this game 'As Is' for people who get off on porn that has plot and involves kinky, human-adjacent characters. Which I am, I guess, publicly admitting. Welp.

I can recommend this game. MC is a dude on the run because his lovers dad framed him. He joins a pirate ship, becomes a captain for silly reasons, and proceeds to build relationships. Early spicy content is lacking. Also, there is a "best" order to build relationships with the girls. What I mean is that some girls you have to choose who gets the relationship points and if you do it wrong you're locked out of some content. If you do it right, I believe it's possible to get almost all the content. Spicy content is vanilla as F, but as the game progresses you start doing underwater furries (so scalies?) instead of humans. The first half of the story is about shiplife and the second half the MC is underwater. The mini-games are simplistic, but there's a cave mini-game that you'll either want to cheat and look up the map in the guide, or get pen and paper to create a map. There's decent content for $ and time spent playing. Good value. The ship girls never really get the time/affection/spice that I would have liked to have seen with them. This was disappointing as I was hoping for more/faster interactions. None were repeatable. The writing is okay. No glaring issues in translation (or they're native). There wasn't great relationship building, but I cared a little for some of the characters, so it's not the worst. The story was interesting, but quite a few things were a bit of a stretch to be believable. All in good fun though. I won't rave about this game being the best thing since the invention of the fleshlight, but I got it on sale, and for the price I paid I think it was a steal for the amount of content you get. The game play was okay, not overly taxing, and some of the card battles I thought were interesting enough. I think it's worth the price at full price and if you can get it on sale, you're getting a great deal. I'd get this after all the S-Tier/A-Tier AVN's or if you really like pirates and want to do do the undersea furries.

I played the game several times. The same thing always happens. When I set the ship´s destination, a kind of poem talking about power and a river appears. And that´s it. No more game. I asked for a refund but I was told I had played more than two hours. I did, but always the same scenes trying to go to the next chapter!
