The Ice boss is the epitome of everything wrong with this game & why I am not hopeful for its future, it has permanent "perfect" armor that you cannot do any hp damage while it is active, not even graze damage, ,& it can only be temporarily removed by doing a perfect parry all the while the moves are poorly telegraphed & can sometimes even change timing. After all of that horrid drawn out fight you are rewarded with a second phase where the boss reheals & proceeds to spam poorly telegraphed full screen attacks. (Oh and btw this horrid boss becomes fodder for another boss & keeps their perfect armor...) Add to this all that as a reward for completing a side challenge story mission you are rewarded with the game permanently adding the most annoying mechanics to two enemies who will now be spammed in every area in a game that encourages being speedy to both get rewards and race against the already awful system where the enemies are buffed every couple minutes during the campaign, so now you have to permanently deal with perfect parry fodder, & flow (dodge) parry fodder that can't even be scratched until you break their armor. This game absolutely spams armor on everything & makes sure you are punished for playing multiplayer since there is no way to damage an enemy that touches the floor (which also leads to everyone abandoning characters that have a hard time juggling). Apart from that all the game currently lacks ambient sounds in most areas, with only the sewers having any actual sounds currently. Also idk if it is just me but all the attack sfx sound the same, very little variety imo, could use more sound variety beyond voices. Regarding items & magic, I am just disappointed that even fully upgraded you can't really spam magic, it would've been a cool way to individualize your character/build, but it is really just an occasional bit of extra damage/assistance.
