Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 14 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Don't like how it handles time.
Kind of on the fence with this one. The design of the game is fantastic with a good amount of characters and choices - I really like that you can just flat out murder the main characters if you really want to. Where the game falls a little flat is in the combat. I didn't mind the controls like a lot of people, but I did mind how bad the AI could be and how it was easy to cheese a lot of enemies. To start with, when in stealth/undetected you can attack and one shot enemies through walls. It makes it really easy to take out a group without issue. Follow that up with the typical "give up on searching" and really poor companion AI/control just takes away so much from the game. I got this on sale and did enjoy most of my time with it, but after finishing the first character's story I don't really have much of a desire to continue. Edit: I decided to play some more and spent time with the next 2 characters as well. I did discover a few more issues:

I really wanted to kill a few characters (like the pit fighting owner) but was not allowed to.
Combat is pretty janky/broken. The ability to take out enemies through walls is super broken. It also makes it so that explosions/AOE attacks can go through walls and injure friendly NPCs which is annoying. There are animation issues as well where every single sneaky melee attack when playing as the native american the enemy would suddenly start walking after triggering the hit. Also when taking on multiple enemies, the top down view with kb/m becomes very non-intuitive, probably because when aiming the camera becomes fixed and aiming becomes more "dual stick." It probably should stay over the shoulder of the character
You visit multiple locations multiple times, having to fight different characters in them. Not a big issue but makes the game less interesting.
I think this has the bones of a good game, but is lacking polish. I still recommend, but only on a deep discount. It has its fun and interesting moments, but also some broken features.

Reminds me of Troika's Arcanum. Great experience.
A horrid mess of a game, controls offensively on keyboard or controller. Even laying on you die in seconds, you can hire a companion who will also die in seconds and then they are dead forever and you can friendly fire them in the hard to read needlessly cluttered battles. All the abilities you unlock are dreadful or need you to get so close to the enemies they can kill you. All in all a vapid chase for “difficult” that is unpleasant to play.
I think this game's best feature is its story. The world of weird west is super imaginative and allows you to consider the complicated ways the different groups interact, and the story does a really excellent job of framing that. The whole thing is building up to something at the end which is pretty clear, but they hold back just enough of the specific details that it's still tantalizing to make it to the end and see the full picture. I really liked that the ultimate conclusion of the game was all dialogue, really making use of the connection you'd made with the world and what you thought about it. If you're interested in exploring a strange, magical, interesting version of the wild west then I really think you should consider giving this game a try.
por que me da la gana
