"The hardest part is not to speak up. It’s being heard." Part video game, part graphic novel, Wednesdays seeks to raise awareness about child sexual abuse through a surprisingly hope-filled story.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Like so many children, Tim was a victim of sexual abuse.
Twenty years later, while playing Orco Park, a videogame from his childhood, his memories will come rushing back along with a flood of questions : How could this have happened? Who knew? How has it shaped him? What does “normal” even mean?
Written by Pierre Corbinais (Haven, Road 96: Prologue, Bury Me, My Love), Wednesdays seeks to raise awareness about child sexual abuse through a surprisingly uplifting story.
Wednesdays tells a fragmented story through multiple perspectives.
Build rides and embellishments in Orco Park to unlock Tim’s memories in the order you see fit.
Step into the shoes of Tim’s relatives and try to piece together the tangled memories of his past.
Unveil a moving and sincere story dealing with intrafamilial sexual abuse without any taboo but with a lot of heart.
Wednesdays blends two distinct yet complementary art styles. Tim’s memories come to life through the work of comic artist Exaheva (Mekka Nikki, Still Heroes) and draw inspiration from alternative comics and graphic novels. Orco Park is designed by pixel artist Nico Nowak (There Is No Game: Wrong Dimension), evoking the charm of 90s classic video games.
Part video game, part graphic novel, Wednesdays has been designed to be accessible to players of all kinds, and even non-players!
A wide range of settings ensure that the experience can be tailored to suit anyone’s needs.
Wednesdays doesn’t just aim to break the silence around child sexual abuse, it also provides a platform for several of its team members to have they voices heard, as artists, and as victims.
The game does not include any graphic representation of sexual abuse, and even if its topic might sound grim, Wednesdays is above all about trust, hope and healing.
Accessibility has been taken into account throughout the production of Wednesdays:
- Mouse, keyboard and joystick (joystick or D-pad) support;
- Adjustable text size (5 levels);

- Manual or automatic text scrolling, with adjustable speed and preview;
- No precision or speed gameplay nor complex sequences.

Bonjour. Vous avez déjà pleuré devant un jeu vidéo ? Moi oui...
A Brave, Direct, and Beautiful Experience
☕ Played as part of the BLAEO June/July "Beach Read" monthly theme. Wednesdays tackles heavy themes like child abuse and incest with profound grace. There is no hiding here; the game addresses these topics openly and directly. It is a surprisingly calm and relaxing experience with a heavy, intentional atmosphere, supported by amazing art and storytelling. It never preaches or tells you how to feel—its focus is simply to raise awareness, acting as a positive experience that acknowledges dark realities. That said, this calm and beautiful approach might not resonate with everyone. Survivors who are actively struggling with heavy trauma or shame might find the game's peaceful, positive tone difficult to connect with. In the credits, the developers bravely state, without shame, that they are victims themselves. This openness, along with learning that the in-game roller coasters symbolize the unpredictable ups and downs of life, makes it a deeply moving game. I highly recommend it.
Wednesdays is a striking game, with graphics in a French/Belgian comic-book style. I played it in French for maximum immersion, which really suited the visual style and atmosphere. The fact that the game was sponsored by ARTE was already a positive sign for me. It gave me the feeling that this was going to be something a little different from the usual game and it certainly was. I got a warning at the beginning that some scenes might make for uncomfortable reading and, well, that turned out to be true. The game takes you through memories of a victim, but does so through the eyes of the people around them. You gradually revisit events from different perspectives, trying to understand what happened and what everyone else saw. One of the most interesting mechanics is that you can actually shape the memories. Your choices influence how certain moments are remembered and interpreted. At times, you are put in the uncomfortable position of having to breach certain subjects or memories that you might rather leave alone. There is also a rather unexpected meta-game running alongside the main story, where you build a park featuring an orca. It sounds strange at first, but it adds another layer to the experience. There is a recurring feeling among the characters that everyone wishes they had been aware of what really happened to prevent these things from happening. That idea fits nicely with the game's whole exploration of memory, perspective and the gaps between what people think they know and what actually happened. And the song at the end is really great finishing touch to an already memorable experience.
Greate way to tell this story.
This is the kind of painting which is never finished. Other narrative games sometimes have interaction that feels to me like needless distraction. In Wednesdays, I really appreciated the fact that I could choose conversation responses, because the topic is so heavy that when I disliked a response, I REEEALLY disliked a response, and it was a relief to be able to navigate around it. Psychological Safety Dialogue Tree. It also accurately reflects real conversations on topics like these, where you're flooded with 35 things you want to say, but half of them are too horrible to utter out loud but you're still a bit frozen by having to choose. A shorty but a goody, definitely recommend.
