Wasteland Remastered

Приятный ремастер, главное потратить час-другой на адаптацию, а дальше игра вполне себе доставляет (если держать хинтбук открытым на 2 мониторе, офк) и даёт возможность заглянуть в прошлое без необходимости выдирать себе глаза и сражаться с эмуляторами.

Даже в этой игре мамонта, сюжет и квесты интереснее писанины Тодда Говарда

This game is really good. I like it. I would recommend it but not for everyone. Wasteland is like a mix of fallout (One of my favoriute games of all time) and some RPG games. This game is really hard and you need to watch some tutorials to play this game if you are new with this such as me. Still a good game/Classic wasteland experience.

Wasteland: Remastered is a fascinating piece of CRPG history, but it’s not easy to love. I was told to play this before diving into Fallout 1 since it laid the groundwork for it, and while I appreciate its legacy, the combat is painfully cumbersome - even as someone with years of CRPG experience. The upgraded graphics and sound do a solid job of modernizing the presentation, but the old school gameplay systems mostly seem untouched, and the overall charm wore off quickly. It scratched the nostalgia itch for a while, but I can’t say that it held me for long. This won't deter me from getting into the more modern Wasteland 2 and 3 games, though.

Wanted to check out this game as it inspired one of my favourite game series of all time (Fallout), opting for this remastered version because I heard that the original is almost unplayable. This is certainly playable, but it is still not something I want to put my time in. The graphics and controls are good (for what it is), but the game is way to hard and still missing a lot of QoL features. There are parts of the game, when meeting people, you will actually have to type in text (I'm well aware, that was the default back in the day, I've played many games this way). You get no dialogue options, I typed in a lot of different things, none of which produced any result. I don't have time for this nonsense anymore. If you want a difficult time sink, this could be the game for you, if you want to enjoy the limited free time you have, I suggest looking somewhere else.

I think this game is good for players who enjoy solving problems on their own.

I really enjoyed this game, I can understand why people who are used to modern games would have a difficult time getting into this game as it plays like an old game with a fresh coat of paint. as someone who never played the original version I still found enjoyment out of playing through this game.
