There would be no good reason for this game to have mixed reviews, it's exactly what you would expect from a remake... It's literally the exact same game as the OG SM and the Anniversary edition SM.... It's actually good, especially when I went in expecting bugs and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to happen at some point with the crybabies trashing the reviews on it... It ran absolutely flawlessly and I have zero complaints on this game, it's 100% as good as the OG and Anniversary. Only people who wouldn't like this are people who wouldn't have enjoyed the other two and never played either in the first place, or rats that pick apart everything like their opinion has any value. This game is enjoyable and it always will be. All versions. Except the PvP OG, anniversary, Master crafted and SM2's PvP is absolute garbage and there is no fixing it.

Just in case anyone is struggling with constant crashes -> if you go to Screen Adapter settings /advanced graphic settings on your desktop you should be able to lower your fps rate , if it's over 100 /200 you're gonna get crashes but if you set it for 60 fps it should work for certain areas where it crashes , overall not a bad game would recommend to those who have played space marine 2 if they want to get a bit more lore like who Leandros is etc

I think this is pretty good all in all. It would have been nice if it were discounted for existing owners of the anniversary edition but I grabbed it for cheap on Loaded. Plays smooth and looks decent. I would say that if you have never played the original before now then this version should be the one to play as it has a more modern take on controls and fidelity. My only real criticism is like what others have said, the sound mixing isn't great and hearing dialogue can be somewhat annoying. Play with a headset and subtitles on should fix things enough.

Leider passt da vermutlich was mit dem Treiber nicht. Mit einer 7900XTX bekomme ich nur eine Auslastung der Grafikarte von ca. 10% und das sind dann bei 4K Auflösung gerade mal 13 FPS...somit nicht spielbar...schade ich hätte mich schon sehr auf die Story gefreut!

Great game. Although it is a bit expensive its worth it to buy when the time comes.

Worth every cent of 11 Euros I paid ;-)

Good game to binge, played for 5 hours straight and did not even notice.
