Even for how old it is the game still holds up. A very solid action shooter. The game had a good variety of weapons, good variety of enemies and the gameplay did a better job of combining melee and third person shooter elements than I would have thought possible at the time this released. The visuals were also pretty impressive - they really committed to the warhammer asthetic and I think it came out really well. My only major issue was with the voice acting for the melee attacks, which sounded extremely half hearted. The dude almost sounded bored while making the grunting noises which ended up being very distracting throughout the campaign. Another much smaller issue was with the movement - while on the ground every step was very heavy and jerky - it fit the space marine weight but several hours of heavy clompling around and moving with the momentum of a small car started to get annoying. Specifically the sprinting effect and camera shake, which started to mess with my eyes after a while. I dont think space marines need to be light by any means but I think a slight reduction in the weight would have made the effect a bit less intrusive. Both pretty minor issues. Overall a very solid game and I didnt even touch the online stuff. If youre at all interested I'd say its worth a shot.

This one still has that potent violence. I'd say it aged very good. I get to be a blue dude, that is named like the FFX Tidus and doesn't look like a emo white middleaged woman and get to do cool violent ♥♥♥♥ with your cool buddies? This game delivers it to you. Get the weapons and beat some of the orcs up. You know orcs have been kinda bad though right? You get to be really cool in your jetpack? Also pretty handsome - you might want to eliminate the charging wizard guys in the level. Just saying. It's awesome.
