Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate - Daemonhunters

Um ótimo jogo eu comecei a me aventurar no universo de Warhammer 40k por esse game e revisitando ele depois de ter mais informações do universo torna a experiencia ainda melhor, se você curte um XCOM da vida deveria dar uma chance

Still working my way through the campaign but after putting in the dollars/hour ratio, figured it was due a review. Chaos Gate is a tactical role playing game (TRPG) wherein you control a small strike force of Grey Knights returning from a taxing mission against Khorne's followers. You are commandeered though on the way back to your home world for R and R by an Inquisitor who portends an immediate and great risk across the set of systems she interdicted you in. Gameplay takes place on a strategic layer where you make story progress and upgrade your ship and forces for more efficient missions. These missions take place on a gridded tactical layer that allow for range and melee attacks along with a host of special skills and abilities rendered in turn based, 3d, and immersive combat environments that take around 15-20 minutes. Warhammer/XCOM does not quite sum up the game, as I think it reduces how many differences there are between the games. It goes way beyond just window dressing or a 1:1 replacing of aliens with Chaos and XCOM with Grey Knights. The bits of lore are scattered throughout in totally optional conversations with Lunete, Vakir, and Ectar that are pretty tone perfect when it comes to the lore interplay amongst the Mechanicus, Inquisition, and Space Marines. That is all to say: the 40k identity is here and explorable, but isn't leaned on superficially or falsely to put out an XCOM clone. Leveling my knights for specific roles, synergizing their abilities, and generally mopping the floor with Chaos Marines and cultists alike with different strategies is good fun and hasn't gotten old quite yet. The only real issue comes when building characters incorrectly on harder difficulties; some of the speed bumps can feel insurmountable but it comes with the territory of more difficult TRPGs or strategy games in general. Bad strategy makes for a bad time. I have yet to finish over a few runs thanks to some bad strategies, but I've stuck with it and genuinely enjoy the process of getting to the victory screen.

Good puzzly tactical game. Buckle in for a long campaign that will challenge you every step of the way.

Для меня как казуала она показалась душновато-сложноватой. В миссиях постоянно подгоняет "цветение", врагов становится довольно много и вывозить становится сложнее и сложнее, но даже не в этом игра разочаровывает. Так же нет возможности спокойно прокачать корабль, угроза развивается с огромной скоростью, бойцы не успевают прокачаться. В итоге я оказался в ситуации, где все миссии были с пометкой "Смертельно". Короче баланс поломан, игра предназначается исключительно для мастеров тактик подобного жанра

Gra spoko, dla lubiących turówki. Bez wodotrysków ale może wciągnąć. Plusy: - bardziej zróżnicowanie jednostek niż w x-com, - opcje taktyczne jak odcięcie części ciała, aby pozbawić jakiejś umiejętności, ogłuszanie, krwawienie itd. - udźwiękowienie. Minusy. - brak mrocznego klimatu, cukierkowa grafika. - dla mnie minus narastający wykwit dający bonusy przeciwnikom, który sprawia że pędzi się do celu misji a ja lubię czyścić całe mapy. - zbyt mała różnorodność celów misji.

엑스컴식 턴제 전략 게임 + 그레이 나이트 ㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷㄷ 그냥 개미친 게임... 후속작 템포랑 편의성만 개선해서 내주면 20만 원 주고도 사고 싶은 게임

Felt compelled to review since I see some recent negative reviews. I'm not sure why because this game is fantastic. If you like 40k and Turn Based...this game is quite to the point and incredibly fun. The story is compelling as well. Good variety of units and tough fights that feel fulfilling when/if you win. Do not sleep on this game and I truly hope the devs release DLC or sequel. The Emperor provides...i hope!

Almost 30 hours in and this is by far the hardest game ive ever played and i liked it but holy ♥♥♥♥ the game keeps having the same bug, im stuck on the enemy turn and nothing happens, and aparently this happens randomly at any moment and u cant do anything about it, even if u load the game before and decide to try another mission, it will happen again and restarting the game, pc, re installing and all that ♥♥♥♥ dosent ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ work i dont want my money back i want back the time i spent on this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
