About

WARDOGS is an All-Out Warfare FPS that combines tactical gunplay and combined arms combat with building and destruction mechanics in a large-scale, up to 100-player militaristic sandbox.
The game mode - Inspired by ‘King of the Hill’ - has three teams fight for control of randomized 2x2km ‘Control Zones’ within larger maps. The team with the most players within the Control Zone earns points - the first team to reach 100 points wins the match. The variables in zone location and individual player tactics mean no match ever plays out the same.

In WARDOGS – Every. Decision. Matters.
Every player starts their journey with $10,000. Each life, you purchase a custom loadout from a wide selection of weapons, gear, utility, and vehicles to help your team win the match.
Every teamplay action you perform rewards cash. From reviving squadmates, transporting friendlies to the zone, or controlling the objective. We don’t just encourage teamplay; we reward it. It’s the player’s choice how they want to play, earn and spend their profits.
Cash persists from match to match, so spending big on better gear, equipment, or a vehicle at the right time has the potential to turn the tide of battle and could yield massive returns.

You Choose How You Want to Play & Profit.
There’s no one way to play, earn and progress. Instead, WARDOGS gives players the freedom to take on the Control Zone in any number of ways. Whether you’re a lone wolf helping out your team or part of a dedicated squad, how you approach the battlefield is entirely up to you.
You could chase the 'Hot Zone' to earn double the cash, purchase a ghillie suit and snipe from a distance, or ferry supplies to teammates by helicopter. Additionally, you could choose to fortify a strategic chokepoint by building your own forward operating base, or if you're feeling destructive... man an artillery tank and rain down destruction on the enemy.
There are no set rules of engagement. It’s ultimately your choice how you want to approach the battlefield.

Bring the Chaos to Tactical Warfare.
Destroy apartment blocks with rocket launchers or tear your way through towns in heavily armoured tanks. The world around you reacts to your presence. Conversely, strategize with your teammates to build upon and fortify key locations within the map for a tactical advantage.

Every Moment in WARDOGS is 100% Player Driven and tied together with local voice chat to either talk tactics with teammates or troll enemy players. This is not another ‘Battle Royale’. This is not another ‘Extraction Shooter’. WARDOGS is a new Tactical take on the All-Out Warfare FPS genre that rewards decision making, communication and teamwork – and allows you to play how you want within a modern militaristic setting.

Not recommended — specifically for HOTAS helicopter players. I bought WARDOGS mainly for the helicopters. I have plenty of helicopter time in DCS and Arma/Reforger, so I expected a different flight model and a learning curve. That is not the problem. The problem is how the cyclic feels on a HOTAS. Instead of the stick feeling like direct cyclic position, pitch and roll feel much more like rate commands. Hold the stick forward and the helicopter keeps pitching. Roll into a bank and you end up constantly using opposite inputs to stop and correct the movement. The result is that I spend more time cancelling previous control inputs than actually flying the helicopter. This also makes normal fast forward flight feel very strange. I am used to controlling the flight path primarily with cyclic and using pedals to coordinate the aircraft. Here I often feel like roll, pitch and yaw are separate commands that I have to manage individually. Even simple consecutive turns become a fight against the controls. I initially assumed this was my fault. I spent hours adjusting sensitivity, external response curves and HOTAS settings. I even went back to Arma Reforger as a sanity check and could immediately fly low-level between trees and perform aggressive turns normally. I have since found other HOTAS users describing very similar behaviour. WARDOGS does have things I like. Torque reaction to collective changes, for example, feels good, and I appreciate that the helicopter model is not simply arcade flight. But difficulty is not my complaint. DCS is difficult. The difference is that in DCS I can predict what the helicopter will do from my control inputs. In WARDOGS I currently cannot. If you mainly want infantry gameplay, mouse/keyboard flying, or you are happy to learn WARDOGS’ own helicopter control behaviour, this review may not apply to you. If you are buying this primarily to fly helicopters on a HOTAS and expect the stick to behave like a cyclic, I would wait. I wish I had known this before spending €40 and several hours trying to “fix” something that appears to be fundamental to the current helicopter controls. I’m happy to change this review if the helicopter/HOTAS controls are improved. I actually want to like this game, and if the cyclic behaviour is changed so that HOTAS input feels like controlling a helicopter rather than issuing pitch/roll commands, I’ll gladly come back and update my recommendation.

Está guapo cuando no eres del equipo azul
Great game! I'll definitely be sinking a LOT of hours into it! I love the fact that it's a sandbox that you can play your way. There is not a set (This is the only way to do it)
