Dev blames us for killing off HIS game and says "Its impossible for it to be bad" when someone dosent like it. I legit have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nightmares of being like that if one of my games get successful. Not only is that just a bad business practice, but its also just a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up thing to do. Why blame others for your downfall? Instead of learning from it they just yell at everyone while licking their self inflicted wounds. Theres rumors of a crypto miner attached to the game, I have not seen any evidence of this myself, but given how these 2 "developers" (Sorry guys, you gotta actually develop ♥♥♥♥ to have that title) act, I genuinely wouldnt doubt it. Especially when they already lie about the game using a boat load of unity store assets. All they had to do to avoid digging their own grave was be transparent, not lie and put he blame on others, then abandon the game entirely. To anyone reading this in the future, If I get like this as a developer, paint the walls with my head for me, will ya?
Забавный боевик с планшетом, где главный квест – не победить врагов, а разобраться, какой из сотни прицелов использовать для следующего выстрела.

Clearly not completed and lacks content, it’s obvious it’s still being made. What content it has in it has some bugs, but I thought the customization is cool.
In my own opinion. its dead. Mid ass game and its dead. Visuals: They were good but definitely not bodycam good. Graphics: same as Visuals. Gameplay: All bots. Mid. somewhat confusing. Overall: 4/10
Open Mod 2025 is a free-to-play tactical first-person shooter developed and published by Hyper Gamey. Built around a hardcore interpretation of modern multiplayer combat, the game targets players who prefer methodical firefights over the rapid and forgiving action commonly associated with mainstream shooters. Its identity revolves around realism, teamwork, tactical positioning, weapon customization, and careful preparation. Rather than attempting to appeal to everyone, it embraces a specialized style in which patience and situational awareness can be just as important as mechanical shooting skill. The strongest aspect of Open Mod 2025 is its commitment to tactical combat. Encounters are intended to encourage players to think before exposing themselves or opening fire. Positioning, cover, visibility, communication, and equipment selection all contribute to survival, creating situations where recklessly rushing toward an opponent can be considerably less effective than approaching an engagement carefully. This slower and more deliberate philosophy gives firefights a sense of tension. A quiet environment can suddenly become dangerous, and the possibility of encountering another player encourages constant awareness of surroundings. Teamwork complements this design particularly well. Open Mod 2025 includes multiplayer PvP and cooperative functionality, making interaction with other players a major component of the experience. Coordinated groups have the opportunity to communicate enemy locations, establish firing positions, cover vulnerable approaches, and divide responsibilities between squad members. Players accustomed to independently charging around maps may need to adjust their habits, because a tactical environment rewards cooperation far more effectively than uncontrolled aggression. When several players communicate properly, the game has the potential to produce memorable engagements where a successful operation feels like the result of planning rather than luck. Weapon customization adds another layer to the tactical structure. Instead of treating firearms as simple tools selected from a basic menu, the game emphasizes gun configuration and equipment management. This encourages players to consider what they are carrying and how their choices complement their preferred combat style. A weapon prepared for close-range engagements naturally serves a different purpose from a configuration intended for distant targets. Sniping is also part of the overall design, broadening the range of potential battlefield roles and allowing players who enjoy patient long-range combat to approach encounters differently from those who prefer fighting at closer distances. Inventory management further reinforces the importance of preparation. Equipment becomes part of the decision-making process rather than merely decoration surrounding the shooting mechanics. This is particularly appropriate for a hardcore tactical FPS because the player's choices before and during an engagement should influence what options are available when a situation changes. The combination of weapon customization and inventory considerations helps Open Mod 2025 distinguish itself from straightforward arena shooters where players can largely ignore equipment planning and focus exclusively on aiming. Its visual and thematic direction follows a modern military style designed to support immersion. Open Mod 2025 does not appear primarily interested in colorful arcade spectacle or exaggerated combat. Instead, the presentation complements its realistic ambitions and attempts to make environments and firefights feel grounded. The tension created by searching an area, watching exposed positions, anticipating enemy movement, and preparing for an uncertain encounter can be more important than constant explosions. Players who enjoy this quieter form of suspense may find the pacing appealing, while those expecting uninterrupted combat could consider it too restrained. Open Mod 2025 is described across numerous categories, including action, simulation, massively multiplayer, indie, casual, adventure, and free-to-play, although these classifications should not obscure what the game fundamentally represents. Its central experience is clearly that of a tactical multiplayer FPS. The casual label in particular could create misleading expectations because the game's own emphasis on hardcore gameplay suggests something considerably more demanding. Players interested primarily in narrative adventures, traditional single-player campaigns, or uncomplicated casual shooting are unlikely to find those elements at the center of the experience. Being free to play is a substantial advantage for a specialized project like this. Tactical shooters can be difficult to judge without actually experiencing their movement, weapon handling, pacing, and multiplayer structure. Removing an upfront purchase requirement gives interested players an opportunity to determine whether Open Mod 2025 suits their preferences without making a financial commitment first. The game does include in-app purchases, however, and its Steam information also indicates the use of a third-party Xsolla account for login and store functionality. Players who strongly prefer games operating exclusively through Steam may regard that additional requirement as an inconvenience. Another positive element is the extensive interface language support. Open Mod 2025 accommodates a broad international audience through support for numerous languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, among others. Such accessibility is especially useful for an online-focused game because multiplayer titles benefit from having the widest possible pool of potential players. The multiplayer emphasis, however, also introduces one of the game's most important vulnerabilities. Tactical shooters depend heavily on having enough active players available to create satisfying matches. A beautifully designed multiplayer system has limited practical value when finding teammates or opponents becomes difficult. Community discussions surrounding Open Mod 2025 have included questions about player availability as well as reports involving loading difficulties. These individual reports should not automatically be interpreted as problems affecting every user, but they illustrate the challenges facing a relatively niche multiplayer project. Open Mod 2025 is therefore best viewed as an experimental tactical FPS for enthusiasts rather than a universally accessible shooter. Its free-to-play model makes trying it relatively easy, while its hardcore mechanics, military setting, weapon customization, inventory systems, PvP, cooperative elements, and emphasis on teamwork provide enough substance to make it interesting. Its Early Access condition, reliance on an active multiplayer community, additional account requirements, and uneven level of refinement prevent it from reaching the consistency expected from more established tactical shooters. Nevertheless, there is a recognizable and potentially rewarding game underneath those limitations. For players specifically attracted to demanding multiplayer combat, it can provide an interesting experience, provided expectations are kept realistic. Rating: 6/10
