About
My partner and I love going on walks. So, I wanted to make a short game inspired by our daily strolls! It's basically a zipped version of our daily walks over a year.

The regular things we do every day, like grabbing a coffee or going down the stairs, are turned into interactive mini scenes here. There are over 40 of them to discover!

Playing them earns you points, which you can use to unlock new ones.

You just click around (sometimes drag and drop)
Over 40 mini scenes (can be unlocked in under an hour)
Flipnote Studio 3D limitation visuals
Play at your own pace
You can draw on the background

Inspired by Kalamaja & Vanalinn (Tallinn), The Walking Man (Jiro Taniguchi), Vibes Quest (@onionboots)

Thank you! I hope this little game inspires you to take walks!

y'know, I spent my whole time playing this game going "oh my god the review I'm going to write is gonna sound so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pretentious". then I finished it. yep. it's a game about walking. it's a game where I sat there going "that's so cool wtf" at just about every single tiny detail that the dev considered when making it, because it's full of tiny little details that are so easy to find wonder and whimsy in. every new "widget" had me interrupting my wife's game to show her the cute new thing I just got. it's a game about enjoying the little things. finding beauty in the mundane. and you get to play a sick-ass collection of minigames while you do it, because of course you do. one of them is a
diva pigeon that strikes a pose every time you take a picture of him
. i love the lil guy. the
umbrella in the rain
was so fun that I just sat there earning points that contributed towards nothing for a good 10 minutes. all of the birbs get my highest praise. especially the
circling one
. and the lil noises he makes. brilliant. the sound design is also phenomenal, btw. the fact that there's a widget specifically for
adding ambience to your gameplay
is so good and I honestly thought it'd be a puzzle element somewhere but nop. it's just there to make your experience better. if I had frames of reference so pretty in my area, I'd make a comment about wanting to go on a walk for myself after playing it. but, hey, maybe that's the point. maybe the beauty is always there, and you just need to find it. whimsy is one of life's greatest pleasures, and it's up to you if that cloud is shaped like a cowboy hat or a UFO. 10/10. an absolutely stellar representation of the things you can find if you take a second to slow down. please play this. it's 30-60 minutes of your life very well spent. to the dev: thank you for inspiring me to continue working on my own art. i hope you enjoyed your walk :)

what a charming way to document the beauty & joy of mundane little moments! <3 the images at the end were truly a sweet cherry on top of a very delightful game. i think there may have even been a picture from a place i've been to myself which was such a fun thing to see (although i might have mistaken it for some other similar place in tallinn as i don't really know the city but anyway...). i have definitely gained new inspiration for going on walks, but also for documenting & capturing moments in my own life in new ways. this little game is very special to me & i will be thinking about it on my own walks on the other side of soome laht in helsinki. thank you for making this game <3
Pretty neat little game, playing through I was curious what kinds of walks the developer takes considering what kind of minigames you do, but in the end it all makes sense.
Nice Short little experience! Very cute!
A delightful little game That is the best way I can describe it It's a simple walk along the countryside. Or the forest. Or the winter landscape. Or the river It's a walk along life, and all its simple joys --- The gameplay is very simple and relaxing, and surprisingly unique ! A simple click is all it takes, sometimes a slide, and with it's simple yet charming visuals, and it's fun and viby selection of ambiant sounds, "walk" is a delightful little game all throughout I'd recommend this game for a simple week-end afternoon. Grab yourself a cup of tea, a little biscuit, and enjoy a break in this cute world of birds, trees, boats, doors, clouds and so much more
This game has really cool art style. I love how every game is different, but all together they look and feel as one. It reminds you how much there is to see and do when you just go for a little walk. Thank you for this fun little adventure.
A cute skinner-box. Interesting as an art object.
