Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

What a gem! Respect for devs! I haven't played anything similar! I like so many things about this game! Style, world, music, battle system, enemy design, have i said style? well, one more time style, progression, secrets... This game is a definite must have! There are some problems, like battling can feel janky at the start, dull world and too bright colorful lights, somewhat strange stuff with save points. But after like 30 minutes, you'll understand that these are not problems, but quirks, and they fit right in! This game feels like a fever dream, but in the best way!
Okay so VHS is a weird little gem of a game. Imagine if you took Condemned, mixed it with System Shock, and then gave some Metroidvania abilities and ability gating. You then blend all of that in some grimy PS1 styled graphics and you've got something truly special. It's not without its flaws: hit boxes are weird, controls are a bit unresponsive at times, and the map (while serviceable) could use some more indications on where exactly you are in the biome. The map is a full 3D 1:1 replica of the world you're in so as long as you're paying attention to landmarks, you can find the exact spot you're at on the map. It works, but it can be a bit difficult to suss out. I also want to praise the devs! They're incredibly quick to respond and have addressed some major bugs and performance issues to provide a pretty solid gameplay experience now. It's not perfect-- it's messy and kinda janky, but it's got so much heart, is surprisingly funny, and is so wholly unique that I'd take 1000 Voltage High Societies over what's pumped out in the AAA space any day.

My first impressions. The game has a fantastic style and a great sense of humor. I haven't played any game recently where the map has been designed with such detail and put together so neatly. The game's combat mechanics are enjoyable, and searching for rings is fun.
Really good game, lots to explore. Only donwside is the map system, it doenst have an arrow or a dot to show were you are
spelling errors here and there, bugs here and there (a lot of crabs too), weird decisions here and there, but overall a great quick game with tons of heart and worth replaying. its puzzles, and world feel a little patchy on the first playthrough, and then simple on the second. the island has a neat and concise story, all of the extra info hidden around the map is worth finding and builds the world into an immersive and addictive loop of a psycho-sexual ratchet and clank nut, bolt, and nail collectathon with exploration, punching, good music and atmosphere (tho a bit loud at times). you can tell there were constraints, but that makes it pointed and refreshing, it knows what it is, and the people behind it knew what they needed to do to get it there.
Excellent 4-6 hours long game with some fun level design. Do wish the worldbuilding was delved into a bit more.
love this game
fantastic fun game, exciting and interesting world. It wears its inspiration on its sleeve and you can feel the love in the game
