disclaimer: got on sale for $7.50 I think the price I paid was very worth it, as someone who bodyboards and bodySurfs, and occasionally surfs, this game is fun. but I don't think it's the "simulation" it's claimed to be. I need to play with the board customization more to see how much it changes things, but the 3 different boards are different from each other to start from and see what you like or what works, I've been liking the single fin so far. The choices of waves/locations available is nice and varied, some smaller longer waves and a longboard might be extra fun though my biggest complaint is that the water/ocean/waves doesn't seem to be "simulated" as on all the maps, as far as I can tell, the waves are back to back identical every time, which makes them easy to find take off points for and figure out, but they get kinda boring really fast as well because of this, at least in my opinion. Still hard for me to complain with the sale price and there just not being anything else that fills this niche in modern gaming, this could be REALLY good with some more work.
