Viking Chess: Hnefatafl

This is freaking amazing. brother and I love the game in general and to be able to play it across the world makes it even better.

Niche board game, well put together for Steam.

Good game. I have a board at home and this is a good representation. The AI could be a little more strategic (too easy) but overall its a good game. The rules are very basic so I am not sure why some reviews blast the game for the lack of rules. The rules are the rules. They are simple (all rooks as in chess) but there is much strategy involved in the game, especially the attacking (harder) side. If you like chess, this is worth the 3 or 4 dollars to play. I would suggest giving it a try.

Schönes Spiel für zwischendurch.

This ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game pissed me off in the first 60 seconds. I killed every single defender and had the king trapped between two of my attackers but since the designers added a slew of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nonsense rules and I didn't know how to look them up mid game I had to lose my first match. I hoped to find a computer that would be a challenge but instead I am going to have to play with a profile that says I lost to a computer that plays worse than my six year old. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! Also hnefetafl has dozens of known variations I would expect this program to allow the human player to choose the ruleset.
