Vietnam War is an extremely well thought out open-world military simulator. It packs a lot of content, though it has several drawbacks. Here's my review filled a couple of things to consider before buying the game. There's a ♥♥♥♥ ton of content in this game. You could play as the Americans and the Vietnamese (both the north and the south, if I remember correctly). Specifically, you could play as most branches of the military, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, VC and more. Not only that, but the game also comes with an expansive map, covering all of Indochina (Laos, Vietnam) and even featuring Hawaii and the mainland US (these two are available after completing a tour, usually 1 in game year to complete). I also would like to add that military equipment and vehicles from both sides are also complete, for the most part. Though, when it comes to drawbacks, there are several that has to be pointed out. First is how unoptimized and buggy the game is. The software crashes often, especially if you were to operate any aircraft (including helicopters). Though if you save the game often, and stick to land vehicles, you'll be alright, albeit a bit tedious and bothersome. Second, despite what the game looks like, it actually requires a decent PC to run. Playing the game with a device below the recommended/minimum specifications is not recommended. Overall, I still do think that this is a game worth playing. Even though its "kinda" buggy, I think that janky-ness has its charm. It has a lot of potential given the content we're given, and if the developer were to ever fix these problems, then that would be great.

BUGGY BUT VERY FUN
It's janky in a good way. The amount of content this game has is insane. It's so worth it's price even without a sale.

Cool game
Developer(s?) included the Teledyne Ryan drones. Absolute ball knowledge. Redirect our foreign aid to the development of this project immediately.
I love the idea of this game, but it needs some SEVERE polishing on the movement system and the user interface. Stuff like flying elephants with VC shooting from them is funny, but there are a lot of problems with movement and as someone who likes janky games, I can't recommend it in it's current state. Still thumbs up for all the stuff that is great about this game. I really hope the dev stops adding stuff for a while and works on fixing stuff. There's a lot of basic stuff that needs fixing.
