Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 7 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It feels like you're in the 2000s again and talking with ur online friends, i love this theme.
Keep far away from that game
This game feels just like being in an online community, complete with close friends, amusing posts, trolls, artists, and people who just need someone to reach out to. I was teary eyed by the end of the story. I wish Videoverse was real.

I really enjoyed the game and achievement hunting. The story was nice and gave a bit of an Emily is Away feel where you can interact on a social media that feels nostalgic even though it isn't based off of something like AIM or Facebook.
What a wonderful game! A beautiful homage to the Miiverse online community of the Wii U and 3DS. I never owned those consoles, but I have very much nostalgia for the messengers and social networks of the 2000s. The Emily is Away games captured the feeling of 2000s Internet so well and Videoverse does too. This game made me feel nostalgic for a console I never owned. The love story (if you chose to be more than friends) between Emmett and Vivi is great. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this game had me in tears. Games rarely make me feel such a emotional rollercoaster ride. Thank you Lucy for making such a fantastic game!
I am at a loss for words. The way that this game was able to grip me emotionally and creatively is something that I feel will be hard to replicate. Every little detail that was put into this game was amazing through and through. The dialogue and the world felt so realistic and the art was incredible as well! Easily a top 10 indie game for me
Courte histoire, très touchante et qui rappelle au final beaucoup de souvenirs !
https://youtu.be/T-iveZTaS9s Providing a borderline too sweet approach to the dead internet theory tied to a deprecated console in an alternate past does have it's charms.
incredibly charming time capsule of early internet relationships and being young. would highly recommend this to anyone looking for something cute, short, and slightly replayable.
