This game reminded me of a roguelike-ized version of Aero Fighters Assault for the N64, so I bought it. It's kinda fun, but it's just far too bare-bones - even for the $1 I paid on sale. The first bunch of waves are also very boring and samey, so it takes way too long for things to become interesting. I could forgive the lack of production value if it just gave me a burning itch to instantly restart every time I died, but sadly it doesn't. I'll be refunding this and will later likely buy the non-tech-demo version of this game the developer appears to have listed on Steam.

THIS is the game I always wanted since first playing Top Gun on the NES. A simple, bare bones, aircraft combat game. Solid soundtrack too.
