About
Welcome to the Canis Major dwarf galaxy! We hope that your trip through the Great Gate was a safe one; many of the fortune-seekers that embark on this dangerous journey never make it this far. After all, an unauthorized jump of 25,000 light years through a heavily guarded artificial wormhole is bound to cause some issues – both technical and legal. Thankfully, now that you’re here, it’s time to get straight to business.
Choose your own playstyle
Combat: Fight enemies using a wide range of weaponry.
Mining: Scrape asteroid surfaces or blow them to bits to harvest their core.
Salvage: Discover and salvage derelict ships and wreckage.
Trading: Find the best trade routes. Buy low, sell high.
Play the game full screen or place it on the bottom of your desktop
You can let the autopilot play idle or take a more hands on approach.
Find and collect loot
You'll find powerful gear and rare items that allow you to push further into the sectors.
Buy and upgrade new ships
Choose from a wide variety of ships, ranging from small miners to large destroyers.
Dynamic NPC captains
From rival pirates and traders to helpful miners. Interact, ally, fight or avoid them.
Refine raw ore/salvage and craft your gear
Raw resources can be refined into materials. Use these materials to craft powerful gear to boost your ships and level up your game. Or sell them for a handy profit.
Level up your captain and hire crew
Pick from multiple skill trees and unlock powerful abilities or focus on becoming an industrial powerhouse. Crew with different professions provide passive perks and unique bonuses that enhance your skill trees.
Explore a vast, procedurally generated galaxy
Travel using the gate-network.
Story & dynamic missions
A wide range of different missions that will require you to diversify your ships.
Play Vanguard Galaxy full screen on a second monitor or place it at the bottom of your screen. It stays out of your way when you need to focus on something else (work, play another game, or watch a video). Engage the Autopilot and your ship’s ECHO system will complete most basic tasks on its own, with minimal input required from you.

You are let loose in a procedurally generated world where corporate interests clash with the galaxy’s established population. Pledge allegiance to one of the corporations, or stay neutral and forge your own path. The world reacts to your actions and builds its own storyline as you explore new systems and make a name for yourself.
Level up your captain and crew, and equip all of your space ships with top-of-the-line components. The deepest reaches of the galaxy may be savage and unpredictable, but with sufficient preparation you’ll be ready for any challenge it can throw at you.

Lots of fun well worth the cost. The AI taking over to run missions and stuff is awesome when I get a call or step away for a drink or something.
방치형에 알맞는 게임 메인으로 액티브하게 하기보다는 천천히 즐겨라 [자동임무수행]이 벌어오는 크레딧과 레벨링이 하루하루 쏠쏠할테니
I like the graphics and gameplay overall, but everything takes forever, there's very little ballance, and it makes no sense that ships can be basically divided in 3 categories with heavy bonuses for each.
Best idle game. Excited to see where it goes from here, on the current beta build the seeds of what the endgame can become are apparent, and it looks very promising.
I have been having a great time with this game. Even chasing the achievements is fun, especially with a little help from the game. Can't wait for the next update, I know it's going to be a blast!
Similar to "Starvalor". The mobility mechanics of this game are enjoyable. It is well thought through with common sense for a gamer that wants to enjoy progress and discovery. I see potential for quite more posibilities like planet colonisation and they will figure it out, the game isn't finished yet. It is playable right now. just fun and attractive if like this stuff, it is also a bit feeling like 'Unnamed space idle' where you have a automatic mode that fixes the boring part of a game.
Such a neat and relaxing little game.
I really like the gameplay loop. You start with a small ship, learn the mechanicss, upgrade, upgrade and upgrade. So I am not playing the beta build, so the game is over really fast. Just hupe the new built will be released soon. I fear my savegame will be corrupted when playing beta so I don't dare use it. If you want relaxing gameplay, with satisfying progression and you love space simsm get this game.
Eve Offline, with idle automation. Cannot recommend it enough. Really fun, cannot stop playing.
The promotional materials basically describe what to expect from Vanguard Galaxy: a spaceship game you can play actively or as an idler. Try out the demo for yourself to see if it clicks for you or not. That said, here's how the actual gameplay goes: Start off with a tiny skiff, make some money, get some levels, fill up your perk tree, get better gear, make friends with factions, buy a bigger ship from those factions, and repeat until you've got all the biggest numbers you can get on your personal collection of cruisers. Quick note though that the idling section of the game is handled by a fully-fledged AI that automates a chain of tasks for you--even combat! This automation is most important for crafting, which is the best source of high-level gear you can get and is a pretty decent money-maker when paired with a certain perk in the Economics skill tree. You will need a lot of time mining/scavenging raw resources, however, and then even more time refining those raw resources into processed materials before crafting the finished equipment. The best part is the low price tag, which makes Vanguard Galaxy a must-buy if you liked what you saw in the demo
