Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Utopia Must Fall is a vector-flavored base-defending arcade shooter with rapid progression, procedurally generated attack waves and enough upgrade variety to suit both the defensive or aggressive player.
It incorporates elements from tower defense, roguelikes and beyond, all neatly packaged into a laser-sharp bullet-purgatory arcade frenzy!
Easy To Learn: firing happens automatically, just steer the city's turret and launch the occasional sky-clearing nuclear warhead. Each day of survival is rewarded with an upgrade for your defenses, choose wisely to keep humanity alive for as long as possible.
Sizable Upgrade Tree: progress is fast and allows you to pick strategies to suit your playing style — beef up your rail gun into a multi-barrel death machine, strengthen your shield's auto defense abilities, deploy and configure an array of autonomous battle drones and laser turrets, or go all out on aggression and see out Utopia's final days with a stockpile of nukes and a shotgun the size of a building.
Arcade-Focused: In Utopia, all universes are created equal, and death is final. Earn upgrades and unlock new abilities by completing mini-challenges as you defend the city. There is a light meta-progression now that allows you to unlock Opportunity Upgrades to use in later runs, but the vast majority of options are unlocked with skill as opposed to grind. Get good to get the good stuff!
Laser-Shiny: built with our own V99 graphics engine, bringing you the retro-modern vector arcade style you didn't know you needed yet.

the game is really fun and the enemies are really challenging to deal with. I would like to see permanent upgrades with the full release, making the early game easier and a longer and harder elate ame
So ♥♥♥♥♥♥ good...
This game is wonderful. The pace starts slow, but comes ever more frenetic as days pass in-game. Target priorities become important because once the screen is busy enough all the city's defenses may not be focus firing the same target. This game feels like it should have an arcade cabinet; Very simple controls and a "one more quarter" vibe.

The game is fun and feels like a modernish version of Space Invaders. The rougelike stuff isn't really that meaningful to me as it really only changes the chances of the order you end up unlocking stuff that you will ALWAYS unlock every run except if you take specific paths that take purposeful actions. Even so, it is a fun time and you find yourself losing and thinking "I'll get it this time!" and then you don't get it but want to try again.
Really enjoying this game!
This game is awesome!!!
As Nova Drift is to Asteroids, Utopia Must Fall is to Space Invaders. As easy to jump into your first game as your 100th, regardless of how much time you've been away. Very interesting to experiment with builds, at least for the Johnny style player like me.
Simple yet addictive, don't need to say much more. Already unlocked everything that's currently out, yet I keep finding myself coming back for more. Game has huge potential, graphic style is amazing. Especially love the CRT monitor mode.
Great game with a very simple concept but great execution. Its basically the turret section from Domekeeper but with a lot more build variety and depth.
