About
The outside world is no longer fit to live in, and there is only one place that can protect people: the bunker. Become its overseer and take responsibility for difficult choices: saving or rejecting, sharing or denying, trusting or defending. There’s nothing but chaos outside, and each knock on the door may mean salvation or destruction. Your choices will decide the fate of the bunker’s inhabitants and the wandering souls on the doorstep.
Every person that comes to the bunker may turn out to be a friend or a foe. Let them in and risk your security. Deny them and lose a chance for saving the people in your charge.
Technical issues, internal problems and outside threats: your every decision may save lives or put people in danger.
Decide what to do with your food supplies, medications and tools to find the best way to survive inside the sealed bunker.
Every choice you make creates a unique story and leads to many alternate endings. Make your decisions wisely!

Immedeatly wanna answer on main question - Yeah, you must to buy it. Its takes you busy on same weekends. Just test it out
I like the idea of this game but it's very limited & lackluster. What you see if what you get and if you don't care for it then it's not for you.
Underchoice is a tense post-apocalyptic management game that transforms the simple act of making decisions into its primary source of challenge and storytelling. Developed by TG Indie and published by Targem Games, the game places players in control of an underground shelter built to protect the last remnants of humanity after the surface world has become unlivable. Rather than relying on action-heavy gameplay, it focuses on leadership, survival, and the consequences that emerge from every judgment call. The result is an experience that feels less like a traditional strategy game and more like a constant test of ethics and responsibility. The game's central mechanic revolves around deciding who is allowed to enter the bunker and who must be turned away. At first glance, this may seem straightforward, but Underchoice quickly reveals the complexity behind every choice. New arrivals often come with incomplete information, hidden motives, or uncertain backgrounds. Welcoming someone inside could strengthen the community or create new dangers, while refusing entry may protect resources at the cost of abandoning people in desperate need. This uncertainty creates a persistent atmosphere of tension that keeps players questioning whether they have made the right decision. Life inside the shelter is just as challenging as dealing with the outside world. Resources are limited, forcing players to carefully manage food, medicine, tools, and other essentials needed for survival. Every supply spent has long-term consequences, and even seemingly minor decisions can ripple through the entire community. The game effectively captures the pressure of maintaining a fragile society where one mistake can push the bunker closer to collapse. Strategic planning becomes essential, but there is rarely enough information to guarantee success, making each choice feel meaningful. A major strength of Underchoice is how it presents moral dilemmas without obvious answers. Emergencies, social disputes, equipment failures, and unexpected events regularly disrupt daily operations. The game avoids simplistic good-versus-evil scenarios and instead focuses on difficult situations where every option comes with risks. This approach gives the experience emotional weight and encourages players to think beyond pure efficiency. Success is not measured solely by survival but also by the kind of leader the player chooses to become. The visual presentation uses pixel-art graphics that fit the game's bleak setting surprisingly well. While the artwork is not overly detailed, it succeeds in creating a sense of isolation and confinement within the bunker. The understated style allows the focus to remain on decision-making and atmosphere rather than visual spectacle. Combined with the oppressive mood of a world on the brink of extinction, the aesthetic reinforces the feeling that humanity's future hangs by a thread. Replay value is another area where the game performs well. Different decisions lead to different developments, allowing multiple playthroughs to unfold in unique ways. Players can experiment with various leadership styles, whether prioritizing compassion, strict security, or ruthless efficiency. The branching outcomes and numerous consequences make it worthwhile to revisit the bunker and discover how alternative choices affect the survival of its inhabitants. Underchoice will likely appeal most to players who enjoy narrative-driven strategy games and experiences built around difficult choices. Those seeking constant action may find the slower, decision-focused gameplay less exciting, but fans of psychological tension and resource management should find plenty to appreciate. The game succeeds by making every choice feel important and by constantly reminding players that survival often comes at a cost. Ultimately, Underchoice delivers a compelling blend of management mechanics, survival strategy, and moral storytelling. Its strongest achievement is the way it transforms simple decisions into moments of genuine suspense and reflection. By forcing players to balance humanity against practicality, it creates an engaging experience that lingers long after the final outcome is revealed. Rating: 7/10
