OK, first so if you want something deep, and longer than 4 hours this isn't it. Next, there's some really innovative puzzle stuff going on here. The sequencer as a surface for completing puzzles is really innovative. But, the game looks and feels like a fast project. Lots of "Accidental ugly but keeping it" moments, and lots of low-quality level design. Most of the things in the trailers happen once. The trailer shows you almost every single interesting part of the game. There is nothing else. It's short, has no depth, none of the mechanics stay around long enough for you to master them. Everything is ADHD. You get this fun and visually fun moment for 1-2 minutes, then you do some annoying 3d platforming. At the end of the day, $6 for a few hours of play for an experience that is unique. I guess it's worth it. I just wish there was more to do. You get quickly burned out by getting launched back to the center of the map, and asking "What do I do next" but starting from this same place every time. Also, it's literally not a soulslike at all. There's minor references to souls games, but there's nothing "Soulslike" about it. The fights are janky. You can infinitely farm enemies for gems. You only get the Axe once. Lots of weird stuff I didn't expect. The best part of the game are the sequencer puzzles. There's like 8 of them maybe?
