UFO 50 is a collection of 50 single and multiplayer games that span a variety of genres, from platformers and shoot 'em ups to puzzle games, roguelites, and RPGs. Our goal is to combine a familiar 8-bit aesthetic with new ideas and modern game design.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 28 → 2/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; Nintendo publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

Reviews
Ultimate boredom buster. There's something here for everyone and its all quality - not a single game feels half-done or tacked on. Truly something special.
We are truly living in the greatest gaming era of all time. UFO 50 has a ton of games, and many of them are well crafted, mechanically interesting and fun for at least a few hours. If you eff with retro style games, these NES-era games will scratch that itch and then some.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I haven't finished going through all the games yet, but I'm already getting addicted to Bushido Ball. A very impressive and nostalgic collection of rather simple but fun games.
there's something for everyone. had lots of fun just playing games and choosing to play ones i liked much longer.
Awesome game
50 high quality games for the price of one and you are guaranteed too enjoy more than one as the games span a massive range of genres.
Very very good
A truely great collection of games. There are 50 games in this, so even if you only like 5 of them the deal is great! I played through this in order of release (Except 1 game) and thoroughly enjoyed the process. There were a few of them that I bounced off hard, for example a JRPG style game that I wanted to commit to if I was gonna play, but some were instant hits (Campanella). I enjoyed seeing the transition from arcadey experiences to more complete games with unique ideas. I honestly think that there are some master class games in this collection that would be worth it alone. Currently I have 100% (cherry) 8 of the games while beating completing 11 of them (gold). I intend to go back to others in the future and have progress on others that I am slowly working through, If this sounds like a game you want to play
Pilot's quest
first as there are some ingame componants that only work while you play other games in the collection. With it being placed near the end, you wont get to it until later if you choose to beat games in order. 10/10 and my 3rd favourite game I played in 2024
One of the most ambitious and well put together indie game release of the decade
The task of making 50 games alone is admirable, but the fact that they are all well designed, and absolutely leaking of retro charm, really makes this game something else. Basically every genre that existed on 8 and 16 bit consoles is represented here and iterated upon. It really made me appreciate old NES and Genesis era games more, and how simple and challenging they are.
If you own a Steamdeck or Nintendo Switch UFO 50 is a must buy
The All you can eat buffet of gaming. Really A juggernaut of fighting off the endless hunger of boredom. I mean, there are 50 whole games! Shorter games sure, but still, 50 of 'em! You're bound to love at least some of them. Like barbuta (based).
