Take control of an adorable turnip who happens to be an absolute menace to society. After failing to pay taxes and getting evicted from your home, you must go on an epic quest to pay back your massive debt to Mayor Onion. Solve plantastic puzzles, meet eccentric vegetables and fruits, and take on treacherous fights against animals both big and small. Turnip Boy Commits Tax Evasion Review: Turnip Boy is honestly a nice little refreshing Zelda-style dungeon crawler that combines quirky humor with simple but addictive combat. The games definitely not hard... I don't remember dying to any of the bosses. Maybe once or twice. This is a game where you'll fall in love more with the world-building and dialogue more than the gameplay, which is mostly solving puzzles or fighting enemies with a one button attack. There is like a boss rush mode at the end which I didnt expect, so that does add a little post game replayability which is nice. Overall, I think it took me like 4 hours to beat the game. I enjoyed all of it, it kept me engaged and the story was fun. Definitely wouldn't personally buy full price, but this game is always on sale. Overall I'd give this game a 7.5/10! Pros: Good Music Cute Graphics Fun Dialogue Not serious Easy to pick up Cons: Pretty Short Not much depth or difficulty. Would recommend! :)

Cute and light. I beat it in an afternoon. The writing is fun and the jukes land, the plot is kinda interesting too! The gameplay is mostly unchallenging, but the last handful of bosses are well designed and fun. A very good rainy Sunday playthrough
Loved the humor, it actually had me laughing past the point of a smirk. I so enjoyed my experience playing this game, so much so- i binged it from start to finish. I would also like to thank the devs mum, brother and pets for encouraging the creation of this gem. I now really want a turnip plushie
динамичная игра, с абсурдным юмором и отличным саундтреком. кто бы мог подумать, что не уплачивать налоги очень весело? так же к концу игры появляется некая тайна, раскрывающаяся в последней локации полностью, так ещё и рогалик добавили по прохождению игры (или это роглайт? я не шарю, извините), да и эстетика довольно милая, не смотря на абсурдный и немного шокирующий финал. вторая часть к моменту написания обзора уже вышла и была мною пройдена, по этому жду не дождусь третьей

Game is exactly as advertised, you commit tax evasion as a sentient turnip with arms and legs. Fun cute short game i would recommend to anyone.
